How are people’s maths data looking? We aren’t an EA school and we’re still working on securing numbers 1-10 before moving onto exploring to 20 as maths was our weakest area after lockdown...does that mean the bulk of my children won’t meet ELG? My GLD might be 30-40% 😩

What a year to join SLT as a newbie... feel SO out of my depth. If I’m not worrying about keeping my team safe I’m worrying about home learning, ensuring all children are catered for and how the DfE will probably be checking...all whilst experiencing serious imposter syndrome 😭
HELP! Staff member has tested positive and is doing 10 days isolation. Her son now has symptoms and has gone for a test. If he is positive does she have to do another 14 days isolation? Or does she just do her 10 days and is free regardless of other household members?🤯 Please RT

For anyone who is doubting themselves after the first week of new reception children...this is the result of my attempted training on how to use the glitter (note - this was me leaving them alone for 5 minutes after sitting with them for about half an hour) 🤦🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️
