San Francisco Planning Commissioner, Dennis Richards, is in hot water for evicting tenants and flipping a Victorian in the Mission. Here's a video of him excoriating a homeowner for doing the *exact* same thing and denying their project.

Tenant groups that don't disavow this disingenous talk of displacement and gentrification are giving tacit support to their language being co-opted by rich suburbs who don't want to live near poor people.

Doesn't sound to me like @HillaryRonen supports protected bike lanes. Her view isn't just factually incorrect, it endangers SF residents who bike, including her husband and child. SF deserves better from our elected officials.

This is what leadership looks like! Wish we could get some protected bike lanes in the Mission...

This needs to change immediately. It is unnecessary and dangerous to have a 6 lane road for cars like this. MTA should remove a lane and put a protected bike lane in the next 21 days and that is what Iβm pushing them to do.
