Day 44 completed of my marathon for mental health training! Played a football match today and did just under 5 miles. 3 days away from the 37KM run round Loch Ness! Do what makes you happy, life is too short to worry about what others think. You are amazing. I’m so proud of you❤️

A moment to celebrate Jess Phillips. She put her beliefs before ambition by voting for a ceasefire in Gaza against the party whip. Endured, with her team, vile intimidation during her election campaign. For 9 years she's read a list of women killed by men in the UK in parliament as part of her fight to increase women's safety. She's an MP women need, a voice the country needs. I hope to see her back on the front bench in the not too distant future.

After 3 months of training I’ve completed a 5K in under 30 Minutes!!! Day 15 completed of marathon training for mental health. No matter what happens in life, dont give up-in any scenario or place. If you fail, you can try again but giving up isn’t an option. Life is precious❤️
