🚨🚨🚨Canby, Oregon Abduction Update The U.S. Marshals Service issued a press release on October 28 stating that their Pacific Northwest Violent Offender Task Force, working with Clackamas County SWAT, Oregon City PD, and others, arrested Vince Edgar Chavez in the 500 block of Pleasant Ave in Oregon City. He was described as the prime suspect in the abduction of the 10-year-old Canby girl. She was found in the residence (tied up in a closet) and taken for medical evaluation. Chavez tried to escape out the back and was arrested without further incident.
