WEEKS 13–17 | WEEKLY EXAMPLE Day 4: Low Day 5: Medium Day 6: Off Day 7: Low Day 1: High (bullpen/live) Day 2: Off Day 3: Off/recovery As bullpens become more demanding, adjust surrounding days. The goal is to recover between outings, not simply survive each session.

REMEMBER These dates are guidelines, not deadlines. If you need more rest, take it. If you're not recovering, adjust. If you're dealing with pain, get evaluated rather than pushing through. A completed calendar phase doesn't automatically mean you're ready for the next one.
