Leadership isn’t a title. It’s making tough decisions and having conversations others are afraid to have. If you avoid discomfort, you avoid growth. #hungry #humble #motivated

Passenger: “You’re telling me I have to pay $200 because my bag is 3 pounds overweight?” Airline Agent: “I’m sorry, but the limit is 50 pounds.” Passenger: “It’s 53 pounds. You’re really charging me $200 for three pounds?” Agent: “Those are the airline’s rules.” Passenger: “Then can I take three pounds out?” Agent: “Of course.” The passenger opened the suitcase and started moving clothes into a backpack. The agent watched. Passenger: “Okay. Reweigh it.” The bag came back at 49 pounds…

When I tell my story to kids they don’t believe it so I provide footage. No NIL, no social media, just pure hoops. No edits here, just roll the tape and watch this sequence. Guards didn’t really attempt these type of shots back then. Coaches would bench u for these type of shots.
