120Hz is available in the main menu of MW4, but once you load into Campaign or DMZ, the 120Hz option completely disappears and you're locked at 60Hz with no option to change it.

how is this STILL an issue since Black Ops 6? you pre download Multiplayer and DMZ for MW4, just for the game to launch and force you to DOWNLOAD EVERYTHING AGAIN. what’s the point of pre down load if we have to reinstall the entire game on release day? (PS5 Issue btw)
