what's the name of the representative that replied from [email protected]? I will check their inbox and try to find your email there.

the email still didn't make it to the inbox, I checked the Spam folder and it's not there either. Are you emailing [email protected]?

that's weird, our email inbox is empty right now. We've replied to all emails. Can you please resend the email? I will keep an eye on it 👀

We didn't actually invent the Camelot Wheel. The Camelot Wheel was created by a DJ called Mark Davis back in 1991. I think he would be the only person that could answer your question fully. 🙂

The circle of fifths is very useful for producing and writing music, however the Camelot method simplifies the ordering process, so you don’t have to know or memorize the order of the circle of fifths. The colours are only for aesthetic reasons. I hope this helps!🙂

It's definitely something we'll consider for the future. For now you can export to Serato Lite, which is free, and import from there to Engine Prime. 🙂

Thanks for the update! If you could please email the details to contact@mixedinkey we'll send you a link to upload the video. That should help lots in solving the issue. 🙂

we had no maintenance downtime today, can you please send us an email to [email protected] so we can figure out what caused this maintenance message to appear. 🙂

I just replied to your email and issued your refund :)

hey, I think my teammate Mau replied to your email about 30 minutes ago, can you please check your inbox? :)

it usually doesn't take longer than 24 hours. We usually reply within just a few hours of getting the email. If you haven't received a reply yet, can you please send us another email? Maybe it got lost in our inbox, for some reason.

Great, hope you enjoy Captain! 🙌

Currently Captain Plugins is officially supported by Logic Pro, Ableton Live, Cubase, Studio One and FL Studio and Pro Tools (Mac). Some non-supported DAWs, such as BitWig, will work with Captain Plugins, although there may be bugs or partial incompatibility. 🙂

This really depends on the Style you are using within Pilot Arpeggio, some are based on slower 1/8th arps and some have the option for 1/16th, try increasing the Density knob on Styles A5, A6 and A7 and you should get a 1/16th pattern which follows the chords. 🙂

please shoot us an email at [email protected] with your VIP Code for Mixed In Key and we will hook you up with an upgrade discount :)
