I have a different idea. How about enforcing things properly and fairly? Take the reports, investigate abusers, ban them and move on. Gutting a feature because some people abuse it is the worst possible outcome and I'm so tired of these incredibly braindead decisions these platforms keep making to make things worse for creators. Combined viewership was a fun feature that helped some folks with discovery on a platform where discovery is already a challenge. So rather than do their job and properly enforce against abusers, they'd rather just shut it off entirely. :/
