I really want proper numbers and advice.
So far not a single person that's come out of this has shown any real growth. Just vague information about thumbnail layouts and titles. Stuff that will never be consistent across people, platforms, content types or even day of the week.
We're wrapping up the 1st month of my newest company, Level One Talent.
Big thanks my guest speakers: @Bricky, @MagicTheNoah, @YenniAnnVO, and @MLukeBrown ! Their recordings are available in our newly built member platform. Here's the first month recap:
• 80% of paying members have re-subbed for a 2nd month so far.
• Managers spent an average of 85+ minutes per private session. (We undersold the manager sessions to lower expectations. The actual requirement I gave managers is 60 minutes.)
• 93% of completed manager feedback surveys were overall positive, 7% were neutral.
• 25%+ of members sing!
• A handful of members didn't send a single message, open tickets, or join any VC the entire month despite like 20-30 pings to roles and individuals.
• The most common topic brought up in manager sessions was YouTube.
• The role that members have the most difficulty hiring for is Editor.
I've got a good idea of what to add in for the 2nd month now that we've been at it for a bit! We're going to have options for more private sessions, time with personal assistants, professionals to hire for Audio Engineering and Voicework, and more managers to select from.
Finally, we're partnering with a volunteer mental health specialist to provide free guidance and counseling. At his day job, he works at a hospital as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP - Board Certified). He said he previously worked with cancer patients, and I told him he'd fit perfectly here because that's what this industry is right now.
I'm super happy with how things have gone overall, and especially thankful for my staff who've been working tirelessly to do as much as they can for the members.

Yes. If these people weren't cheating they'd be in some kind of league.
Not only have courts previously upheld that this is fair use for two reasons
A. The purpose of the clip is inherent criticism as it's portrayed in a different light then the original
B. The audience of the clip is substantially different from a watcher of the original, thus the original still retains its full value
But also a lot of you seem to think you DMCA someone and now they have to go to court to get it removed, this is wrong. If you DMCA someone and they challenge it, YOU have to take it too courts and prove they stole it, not the other way around.

I like when people say "heres proof that instant perfect snapping isn't aim bot" and it's a clip that perfectly showcases how a normal person has acceleration, deceleration and overshoots that the aimbot clips never have.

QTCinderella has been sending out mass false DMCA takedowns to channels, including mine. I have received 10 of these takedowns from clips in 2025. Clipping small segments is absolutely fair use
@qtcinderella is one of the few creators who will try to continually silence others with lawfare, having done this before. If this was a mistake or misidentification, hopefully she can retract it

People will never really feel sympathy for people who's problems are "having too much" especially when they're preaching to the "Have Nots."
Funny enough, I kinda agree with their comparison of this to someone who only likes pizza with ranch.

HDs recent decisions do not help players. It's an overreaction to fight back against the worlds tiniest problem in a game where it's not really a problem to begin with because it's PVE.

Arrowhead didn't "block community bug fixes", they shut down the method people were using to turn the Maxigun into a giga-grenade machine gun or make orbitals last the entire mission. The "bug fixes" got caught in the crossfire.
