❗️30 hours of the ceasefire in Oleshky have passed without a single incident. This has been made possible, in particular, by ongoing communication between me and Yana Lantratova, Russia’s Commissioner for Human Rights. We remain in contact and coordinate efforts to implement the agreements reached.
I would like to express my special gratitude to First Lady of the United States Melania Trump (@FLOTUS), who is personally dedicating her time and attention to this humanitarian mission and to helping civilians in Oleshky. Her direct involvement and coordination of efforts between the parties are an important part of this process.
☝️I also thank her entire team for their consistent support, ongoing communication, and every effort they have made.
Our shared goal is to ensure that civilians in Oleshky receive assistance and to create the conditions for the safe departure of those who need it.

💥🚂Ukraine’s 1st National Guard Corps “Azov” has struck over 100 Russian trains transporting supplies to the front, targeting locomotives, fuel tankers, and other railway equipment.
The strikes are disrupting Russian fuel deliveries and military logistics along key railway routes supplying the front.

The enemy is doing all it can to create the image of successfully capturing settlements, yet it cannot protect the key railway stations through which its fuel supply chain toward the front runs. Neither mobile fire groups nor electronic warfare systems can safeguard the occupying force’s logistics routes.
Thanks to your donations and the work of the Come Back Alive Foundation, which provided 440 Starlink Minis, fires from First Corps Azov of the National Guard of Ukraine have hit more than 100 trains that were moving logistics shipments for the enemy.
Locomotives, fuel tank cars, and other assets have been disabled. This makes it possible to disrupt the enemy’s supply at the front line and destroy its offensive potential.

The U.S. announces that Poland has been selected to host Europe’s only PAC-3 Missile Maintenance Facility (the sole one outside the US).
This is a dedicated maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) site for Lockheed Martin’s PAC-3 interceptors used in Patriot air defense systems.
The facility will handle repair, refurbishment, lifecycle support, recertification, and testing on-site in Europe.

This year, Ukraine’s positions on the front remain stronger than they have been in a long time during this war. If our partners’ support for Ukraine remained just as strong – particularly when it comes to Patriots and other air defense capabilities – Ukraine would be in a much better position diplomatically as well. Just now, in October alone – since October 14 – there have already been several Russian ballistic missile attacks. Essentially, in two weeks, more than 100 ballistic missiles have been launched against Kyiv and the region. Russian sources say Ukrainian elements have been spotted in Vesele, just north of Velyka Novosilka.

As the dictator addressed the Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF), explosions echoed across Moscow, car alarms went off, and monitoring channels warned not only of UAV threats but also of small balloons in the air.
Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin claimed that 16 drones had been intercepted on their approach to the capital, prompting several rounds of temporary restrictions at Moscow's airports.
Residents also reported explosions in western Moscow and the surrounding Moscow region (Barvikha, Rodniki, and Govorovo), The Moscow Times reports.
