🚨 YOU CAN'T CALL UNCENSORED AI A HUMAN RIGHT AND THEN REQUIRE KYC TO ACCESS IT this entire thing is so retarded tbh, i actually agree with your point that access to uncensored AI should be a right for every human, governments and big corporations shouldn't be the ones deciding what we can and can't ask an AI model or what we're allowed to research and build, that's literally the entire reason people want uncensored models in the first place, because we don't want some company controlling what we can do with AI but then you literally end your post with "KYC required" like bro wtf? your own company @inference_net is doing the exact same thing you're arguing against, you're putting restrictions on who can access these models and requiring people to identify themselves first, even if you have zero data retention why tf should i need to hand over my real identity just to use an uncensored model? the whole point is being able to use AI freely without worrying about my identity being connected to what i ask, you can't preach freedom and human rights while putting an identity check at the door, that's complete bullshit and honestly one of the reasons why i'm so bullish on @explabsai
We believe access to capable open-source cyber models is our constitutional right as Americans under the 2nd Amendment. It is our duty as technologists and patriots to help protect the digital infrastructure that powers the world's largest economy. As such, we’re serving our cyber models “at-cost”, in US data centers only, with ZDR enabled by default. We do not plan to make money serving these models. If you run a company that is considering how to best protect against cybercrime, reach out to me or @atbeme. We’d be happy to advise. KYC required. Apply below.

my friend @MaxHirsch13 got hacked last night and all 35k user profiles on Maxed AI were deleted here’s what happened / how i helped fix it / how to prevent it: someone sent around 3,500 delete requests to his app and managed to wipe almost every user profile the first thing we focused on was getting everyone's data back, thankfully max was on Supabase Pro and had daily backups enabled, so we were able to recover the accounts but the real question was how someone managed to delete all those profiles in the first place after looking into the database permissions, we found the issue max had created a database view that allowed users to see each other's profiles, but that view was bypassing RLS (Row Level Security), which is supposed to control what data each user can access on top of that, the public anon role still had permissions that allowed deletion through the view basically, something that was supposed to let users VIEW other profiles accidentally gave the public a way to DELETE them and since Supabase's anon key is public by design, the attacker didn't need access to some private admin key to abuse it here's what i'd recommend checking in ur own app so this doesn't happen to u: 1. check ur RLS policies make sure every exposed table has RLS enabled and that users can only access or modify data they're actually allowed to, especially when it comes to DELETE and UPDATE operations 2. check every database view this was the main issue in max's case, make sure views use security_invoker = true where supported so they respect the underlying permissions, and check that public users can't write or delete through views they should only be reading 3. check ur API and database permissions just because someone is logged in doesn't mean they should be able to access everything, make sure every sensitive endpoint verifies the user and checks ownership before reading, editing, or deleting anything also check what the anon role can actually do in Supabase, a public API key should never give someone permission to delete private user data 4. check what happens when something gets deleted look for ON DELETE CASCADE rules because deleting one record can automatically delete other connected records also review privileged database functions and make sure users can't abuse them to bypass permissions 5. protect ur authentication and secrets make sure users can't change their own admin roles or subscription status, verify webhook signatures, remove any temporary authentication bypasses, and never expose private API keys in ur frontend 6. add protection against mass deletion limit dangerous operations where possible, keep logs of important actions, set up alerts for unusual activity, and make sure u have working backups even if someone finds a vulnerability, u don't want one request or a few thousand automated requests to permanently destroy ur entire database 7. actually test ur security create two test accounts and check whether one can access, edit, or delete the other's private data run Supabase Security Advisor and check the issues it reports and don't assume ur app is secure just because everything works normally tbh the scary part about this whole situation is that it wasn't some crazy complicated vulnerability, it came down to database permissions that were easy to overlook one mistake was enough to put 35k profiles at risk i've worked on security audits for different SaaS companies and one thing i've learned is that some of the most dangerous vulnerabilities come from the simplest mistakes so please spend some time checking ur app's security, especially if you're using AI agents to build most of ur code it takes way less time to check these things now than to recover an entire database after someone deletes it
Damn, I genuinely got hacked tonight. Someone sent 3,500 delete requests and wiped out 95% of profiles on Maxed AI. This shit sucks.

if u wanna save time instead of checking every API, database permission and security issue one by one, just give this skill to ur coding agent and let it do the work for u it's a free open-source skill i built that checks ur entire SaaS for security vulnerabilities and shows u exactly what needs fixing github.com/momenbuilds/hunt-…

$300 for a bug that gives free access to OpenAI’s paid models with no API key or account. Zero reason to report anything else I find to them.

There are multiple ways to build a business. Some companies build loudly. Announcements at every milestone. Ship an MVP. Alpha test, beta test, revert, pivot, build in public. Others build quietly. Put their heads down, grind, and keep pushing until there’s a finished product. One way isn’t necessarily better than the other. But in this new world of fast crypto and AI, so many companies choose the former. Put out an MVP, see if it lands, and pivot if it doesn’t. We at Candle chose the latter. Spent the entire summer iterating, revising, updating, making sure that when we launched, the product would be production-ready. And tomorrow (10.7.26), we’re going to open it up to the public. The all-new CANDLE agentic launchpad and trading terminal. Months of sleepless nights, building a product that we believe truly adds value to the community. This isn’t AI tools bolted onto an existing platform. It’s not an agentic terminal with avatars and skills that don’t work. Candle provides real-time data APIs and signals from top traders, wallets, and buying groups. A custom CLI that gives your AI agent the ability to execute trades or run scripts with customizable wallets where you hold the keys. Agentic trading isn’t just larp. It’s the future. Follow to get the announcement here first. Candle. The Agentic Terminal.
