Dear @McDonalds - your app is so painfully slow to go from one screen to the next that half the time I give up ordering. Get rid of the annoying animations that take time to load it’s just frustrating.

Dear @cvspharmacy - please train your staff at the drive through how to move people along out of the line when they show up and people have to wait 15 minutes for the line to move. Nothing at the drive through should take that long. Give them a time to return.
