Today, we added support for Cucurucho poker. The game starts on the flop, everyone antes, e.g. 30 per player with 8 players - 240 in the pot. From here, each player can only Fold or Bet Pot / All-in. HydraSolver can run this for Single Board or Double Board, NLH / PLO4 and PLO5.
Over the past few days we've also made improvements to the Future Game model, reduced RAM usage on Fixed Limit solves and increase speed of postflop solving. Aswell, you can now display numbers for "both" Bunching On/Off at the same time, side by side.

Minimum VPIP Games.
A lot of apps games have Minimum VPIP rules, where you need to stay above a certain threshold or you get kicked out. To be honest, even if there is no rule - say a live cash game - you probably want to play a bit looser to keep up appearances anyway.
Well, good news! You can now set Minimum VPIP in HydraSolver. It will run a complete preflop solve and find the best strategy from every position (Open Raise, 3bet, Cold Call) that ends up giving you the VPIP you want.

You're playing online, it's folded to the SB and they go all-in. You look at the HUD and it says 34%.
Did you know they aren't actually shoving a 34% range?
In fact, they may only be shoving a 27% range.. but because a lot of weak hands were folded before them, they are now far more likely to have a top 27% hand. In this case, they have a top 27% hand 34% of the time.
We call this Bunching and you can toggle it On/Off in HydraSolver.
If you want to use @HydraSolver but don't want to rent a server. As long as you have 32GB RAM+ on your desktop you can get work done on NLH/PLO4/PLO5/PLO6 postflop and mixed games like 2-7, Badugi, Stud.
If you need preflop, I can run it for you.
The old guy here, is 100% correct. No, it's not good strategy to piss off the only player at the table you have an edge on, so that he never plays again and you're left playing max late reg, tanking, 1bb behind, 15bb average stack snooze fests with 8 other 115 IQ sociopaths.

So many poker players love to hate on solvers, they talk about how they exploit to the max and go with their reads. Then the minute they have to play a different game they haven't played before, they are on google searching up "Big O ranges" or looking for training videos, or asking other pros... all of which get the answers from solvers. How on earth do you know what hands to open raise UTG? Are you just looking around the table getting reads on people before they even look at their cards? Of course not, you got a starting hand chart from somewhere - where do you think that came from?
Yes, if you've been playing poker for 10 years and are winning.. then you might think you don't need a solver, but if you're losing or new to the game - that's exactly what you need. In fact, it's exactly what everyone needs and it's what the best players use.
Imagine telling a new player to go with their reads, lol 🙈 Let me know how that works out.

New Game Solved! Target Stack Satellites
Today we added the ability to choose Target Stack Satellite as a Tournament Model in the solver. Two modes, when you hit the target stack and win a seat, your excess chips can either be distributed to the remaining players at your table or through-out the entire remaining field.
This will be available in the next software update, tonight.
