I believe we'll look back at this past week as a turning point in cybersecurity.
AI is fundamentally changing the speed and scale of cyber threats, and the industry needs to move faster.
Today, @Eon_io_ is launching the Data Resilience Initiative, helping companies find and protect their most sensitive data immediately.
Eon is the only data protection company founded this decade, and the only one that can be deployed in a day.
That's why we feel a responsibility to act.
While the cybersecurity industry races to address these new threats, companies can't afford to wait to protect their most critical data.
Traditional data protection solutions were built for a different era.
They still rely on paradigms from the on-prem world, often taking months to deploy.
Eon was built differently.
We help companies quickly discover their most sensitive data, identify protection gaps, secure it with air-gapped backups, detect ransomware, and recover rapidly from attacks.
As part of the Data Resilience Initiative, any company can start deploying Eon today.
To remove barriers to getting protected, we're making Eon available at no cost for the first three months.
We're also calling on other cybersecurity and data protection companies to join the initiative.
Really promising results in our work with NVIDIA on post-training open-weight model on Era!
We received early access to the latest @NVIDIAAI Nemotron 3.5 Super VL and we are really impressed with the post-training results using Era
era.eon.io
Nemotron model matched frontier models at 88.9% accuracy, with 27× lower cost per correct answer using Spot GPUs.
We then used Era-generated data to post-train Nemotron for just $609, improving its ability to recognize when information is missing while further reducing inference costs.
The most exciting part to me is the potential to close the loop between benchmarking and post-training. Find where a model fails, generate the data to improve it, and test the new version against an entirely different simulated company.
This could fundamentally change how enterprises customize open models for their specific needs.
With Era, customers can apply this workflow to evaluate, improve, and deploy models tailored to their own enterprise environments.
Great collaboration with the NVIDIA team, and much more to come!

The tester in me lovesss this 😍
New project, Era by @Eon_io_ lets you test your agents across apps like Salesforce, Slack, and Jira with connected data across those systems.
A simulated company, accessible through MCP. Brilliant!
You can’t safely test an enterprise agent on a real company’s data.
So we built a company for it to work in.
Era is live today, and it’s free.
It generates a complete simulated enterprise that behaves like a real one across Salesforce, Slack, Jira, Zendesk, Gong, Deel and more, along with cloud databases and storage. Agents interact with it through live MCP and API interfaces.
People leave. Deals change. Records get duplicated. Permissions differ across systems. And because Era generated the company, it knows the exact ground truth.
Test, benchmark and improve agents against realistic enterprise workloads, use the failures for targeted post-training, then rerun the same environment to measure the impact.
Huge thanks to our research partners @NVIDIA, @Decart, @Composio, @openlayerco, @Deel, @Eragon and @Plurai, with more coming soon.

A decent amount of agent adoption and deployment is bottlenecked by being able to test, tune, and optimize agents on “real” work environments. The files agents need to access, the CRM environments, email, and more.
It’s impossible to know how agents are performing if you don’t understand how well they’re executing on your evals and how they’ll perform in the future with a model change or workflow upgrade. Every enterprise has to do this 1 by 1 right now, which is obviously slow and tedious.
Every enterprise is going to have someone managing evals, infrastructure for building and running evals and simulated environments, and more. Huge space.

Really excited about this launch. If you’re building agents, developing models, or working on post-training, you should check out Era. Free for builders!

Very excited to see Era by @Eon_io_ launch!
If you’re working on enterprise AI agents, you can test it against the world’s best simulated enterprise environment. Based on real companies, users and products.
Completely free - take it for a test drive!

Era is live.
Your agent can now work inside a complete simulated company with the mess and history of a real enterprise, and be scored against exact ground truth. It's free, and you can request access at era.eon.io.

Agents built against mocks pass every test and fail in production. Real company systems can’t be used for evaluation, and the state that matters is spread across a CRM, tickets, Slack and call recordings that have to agree.
Era by Eon generates a complete company across those systems, with interconnected history, vendor-compatible MCP and REST interfaces, and known ground truth. Change the model or prompt, reset, and rerun the same tasks. Live and free.

Replying to @OfirEhrlich
I wish we had this when was building funnelmind. We were trying to test our app on clients customer journey to leads core them and put them to tofu, bofu, high interest, churn risk, etc but we just never had a good test data from Salesforce, hubspot, etc. We also didn’t have them with APIs and MCPs to do realistic testing.
We spent months on this but still never got anywhere close to this.
Anyway, I think people who are building any enterprise product will instantly understand the value of “Era”.
Congrats on the launch!

I don't know who's gonna win the compute wars.
OpenAI, Anthropic, Databricks, Snowflake, any of them.
What I do know is that no matter what happens, data is gonna be the enterprise moat. That belief isn't new for me.
I built four companies before this one, and the last was CloudEndure, which we sold to Amazon in January 2019 and grew into a billion-dollar business doing migration and disaster recovery to the cloud.
Then I spent years inside AWS, where we had a front row seat watching the largest companies in the world move to the cloud and run into every problem they thought they'd already solved on-premises.
The one nobody had solved was what happened to their data. So in 2024 I started Eon.
At the time, I thought I'm this crazy person starting a non-AI company in an AI world.
I continue to believe deeply in the ethos that your enterprise data is your greatest moat.
