I used to set an alarm at 4am every single morning because I had to be up at 6am and genuinely despised when this happen and my therapist spent 3 years trying to get me to stop doing it because "thats unhealthy" but the pain of waking up 30 mins before 6am hurts worse than anything in the world so i never gaf

I finally did it. I finally gave myself the perfect pfp.

This week has been pretty good so far~ I’m very happy my depressive episode ended and I feel more like myself again. I am thinking of starting my meal prepping journey as I usually forget or avoid eating because I don’t like cooking everyday (⸝⸝¬´‸`¬⸝⸝) Meals like this would be so yummy tho!
