And she's done! This boar is off to her new home, and I can't wait to see her wandering around festivals and renn faires!
The last big step is paint! After this it's just final photos, and then the boar is off to her new home
New base - boar! I've completely lost track of my social media this past while, so I'll post all the way through this commission in the next few days. The clay sculpt here is unfinished, and then we skip ahead to the hinged cast with final painted jawset.
Auction announcement! The bear will be for sale starting on Thursday, noon (PST), and running until the end of the weekend. There WILL be a buyout option this time around, set to a normal full price sale. Link in the thread below ⬇️
The bear has fur, and paint is up next! Assuming we're wrapped up over the weekend, I'll be aiming to get photos and start the auction late next week. We'll have our usual low start price, with an auto-buy at normal commission rates.
Surprise bear! I've been working on this guy during pauses in other projects, and will be putting it up for auction when finished.
Kits going out this week! I can't always take base orders immediately if my commission schedule is full, but if you email I can usually get to you within 2-3 weeks.
Final corso pics are up! This guy was a ton of fun, and I'm really pleased with how he turned out. He's on his way home to @/laserpaints! (Broken link because it's a NSFW account, fair warning)
Just realized I never shared the fully painted gums/lower lip for the corso, and now that the fur's on you can hardly see it
Snip snip snip
(Yes I do use clippers for the first pass and the broad areas, but the tiny scissors are needed to get down into the wrinkles and tight spots)
