Mozisha, in partnership with GITAWA and GoGreen Technologies, is launching the Fako Youth Agri Market Lab.
On 17 November, 30 young people in Fako Division, South West Cameroon, begin 8 weeks of hands-on training. They will learn to spot the market problems holding smallholder
farmers back, collect data with their phones, use AI responsibly, and build practical solutions together with farmers and traders.
Then they step into a post-training apprenticeship, so the work continues beyond the classroom.
Because farmers don’t just need better tools.
They need young people who understand both the farm and the phone.
Know the market. Map the problem. Build the solution.

What if AI spoke the language your grandmother dreams in?
Fewer than 2% of Africa's languages get meaningful AI support, says Nigeria's Minister Bosun Tijani.
Which language should AI learn first? Tell us in that language.

Hiring someone who says they are AI-fluent? Ask one question:
“Show me something you made with AI. What did you change, and why?”
Listen for standards, context and choices, not just whether they caught an error.
Learn the tools. Then learn to question them.
Before you trust any AI answer, ask:
1. Where does this come from?
2. What would make this wrong?
3. What did it assume?
AI can sound certain and still be wrong. Catching it is the skill.
To young Africans:
AI is not here to replace your work. It is here to restore your worth.
But you must bring what no machine can: your judgment. Learn the tools. Then learn to question them.

Ashby (100M+ applications, 200,000+ jobs): applications per hire have tripled since 2021, to 300+. Candidates are ~50% less likely to get an interview. Time to first fill: ~8 weeks for business roles, ~10 for technical.
If AI keeps teams smaller, every hire counts for more.
US forward-deployed engineer postings: ~200 in 2024 → ~1,200 in 2025 → 5,200+ in the first 7 months of 2026. (Lightcast)
LinkedIn: 70% of job skills will change by 2030. Skill-building is up 140% since 2022 and still isn't keeping pace.
A country can own every safeguard on the sovereignty checklist and still lose the thing that matters: the ability to act on it.

"Aldea wouldn't exist without them." — Michelle McGuinness, Founder & CEO, Aldea
Mozisha shipped Aldea in two months. Michelle kept the team on after launch, they still run product, marketing, and ops with her today.
AI didn't eliminate the engineer. It changed the job. Limestone Digital's engineers delivered a platform rebuild in 3.5 months vs. an estimated 7-8, with 98% of shipped code AI-generated (their own reported numbers).
9 in 10 employees use AI. Only 1 in 6 feels fully prepared to use it well.
New data: confidence (34%) → ease (24%) → actual high-quality output (18%). A 16-point gap between feeling capable and being capable.
Training isn't closing it: 56% of trained employees say they never got practice on real work tasks.

72,850 Nigerians applied for Nigeria's new Digital Training Academy. Only 16,000 got in. It's built with a placement pathway (National Talent Export Programme) and a commitment to track employment outcomes, not just certificates.
Mozisha is built the same way: placement by design, not by hope.

New data: 683 job skills tested against AI. 90-100% of analytical work is delegable. Only 28% of hands-on execution is. Leadership and interpersonal skills sit under 50%. The skill that decides which side you're on isn't going away. (Xobin, Sept 2026)
Mozisha trains operators for exactly that gap: work with AI on the delegable parts, catch what still needs a person.
