Matters Arising On The Legal Requirement Of Seeking Leave To Appeal On Grounds Of Mixed Law And Facts thenigerialawyer.com/matters… via @TheNigeriaLawyer
Please read and share your thoughts. 😊✊🏿
Bill Clinton said few days ago that his only child, Chelsea Clinton, memorized the Qur’an when she was 15 and would read some verses to him. That’s a former US President on the World’s Stage but you think your opinion counts on Muslims because you’ve access to Twitter 😂😂

Yusuf Buhari minded his business throughout his dad's administration. One accident on a power bike and the South was shouting, not even sympathizing, they never cared whether he was dead or alive. Their main problem was where he got the money to buy a ₦15 million bike 😂😂
Today, Seyi's convoy is worth ₦4 billion, moving around like he is the VP and nobody is moving a muscle.

"I do not record nonsense. It's a bloody waste of time, and please keep quiet when I am talking."
Candide-Johnson v. Edigin (1990) 1 NWLR (Pt. 129) 659.
A very interesting case where the Bar and the Bench were reminded of the need for mutual respect.
Mr Adeyemi Candide-Johnson, who was at the time a young lawyer, later became a Senior Advocate of Nigeria. Mrs Esther Edigin, who was at the time a Chief Magistrate in Kano State, Nigeria, later became the Chief Judge of Edo State.
If you have time to read the above judgment, please pay attention to the record of proceedings as captured in the judgment.

Leave Old Testament
10% is now too small to buy diesel and microphone to run church
In New Testament people sold their land and properties and brought it to the apostle
If you have not sold any property and taken it to your pastor you are going to hell

The moment I saw this, I sprinted to the drop box and submitted my ballot. I’ve never moved so fast in my life.
Abdul El-Sayed: “We are being actively bullied by the dumbest people in the room. Donald Trump is an idiot. He has one genius which is getting attention. Because his dad never gave him enough, because he was a nepo baby, he craved attention and used the bullying tactics to get it. But the man is an idiot. Just a fool”

I resisted the urge to engage with this disturbing post, but it kept appearing on my feed, and each time, it bothered me even more. These are supposed to be the finest among us: a trained medical doctor dispensing such crude reasoning that you would mistake him for a practising Boko Haram ideologue. A man known for preaching religious tolerance and peace was assassinated for simply disagreeing with certain people’s sectarian views, and you claim he posed a greater danger to Islam than the terrorists and bandits butchering people across the North. What sort of moral reasoning leads an educated person to such a conclusion?
I do not disagree that we, as a nation and as a region, are badly governed, and that the historical disparities are well documented. But there is a reason why, despite our shared dysfunction, the South has fared better than we have. We cannot build a peaceful society while harbouring this dangerous ideology, this disease of rejoicing over the murder of another human being just because you consider his religious convictions incompatible with yours. There is something profoundly disturbing about a society in which even the educated can rationalise such barbarism, and where sectarian intolerance has so completely corrupted our moral judgement that we can no longer recognise the humanity of those with whom we disagree.
You do not have to agree with a man’s interpretation of religion to defend his right to live. And if your understanding of faith leaves you more outraged by theological disagreement than by the slaughter of innocent human beings, perhaps it is your understanding of faith that deserves the closest scrutiny.

But why are you people so wicked with these unfair narratives? These are literally what she said in these screenshots here.
You have all chosen to be extreme with this.
All these because she really woke up to cook for her own husband at 4am.
No one hates mummy zee because she was once favored on this app. I personally unfollowed and blocked her the day she said “pregnancy is not a death sentence”
That statement is her being dismissive of the crazy things that women go through in pregnancy.
Some women have lost their limbs because they brought a life into this world. Some went blind.
Some did C section and never got to see their baby. I had seizures that made me unconscious and lost my ability to speak for almost 2 days.
Mummy zee constantly talks down on women as if it’s not the same genital parts she has with us. You don’t have to be a “girls girls” but talk like someone that has sense when it comes to matters that involve women.

This is what I'll spend my time doing on OBIDIENTS' TL during Election Period.
I hope everyone listened carefully to what Peter Obi said! He made it clear that if he doesn’t win the 2027 election, he won’t be contesting for the presidency again. At 65, he cannot keep running for president indefinitely. By the next election cycle, he’ll be approaching 70, an age when he should be enjoying his retirement rather than starting another political battle.
This is why we cannot afford to take 2027 for granted. We still have a chance to change the direction of this country, and we must treat this election as if our lives depend on it, because to a large extent, they do.
If we waste this opportunity with Peter Obi, we may never get another chance like this again. Wake up, Nigerians! 2027 is our moment, and we cannot afford to get it wrong!
Be brutal, be toxic for your future
There’s a reason why YOU as a Christian will not relocate to Venezuela, Haiti, South Sudan, Cuba, Central African Republic etc
Secondly, Turkmenistan is far developed than Nigeria, most African, many South American and many Asian countries
Third, why do you hypocrites always use the least developed or unstable Muslim countries to compare to the best western countries to push an agenda??
Why don’t you mention Qatar, Malaysia, Tunisia, Kuwait, Saudi, UAE(Dubai), Brunei, Maldives, Bahrain, Oman, Morroco,Turkey, Kazakhstan etc
Ironically many of these countries have sharia mostly or in part like northern Nigeria so your agenda is dead on arrival

Lmfao whatever humiliation you think you’ve experienced as a Nigerian applying for a visa, I promise it’s worse for foreigners trying to get a Nigerian visa. And the rejection rate is high.

Dear APC Chairman, this is the story of my life. 💔 under President Tinubu
My name is Jesuferanmi .
No, sir. The pain is not temporary.
I have a job, yet for the first time in my life, I am dropping my account details in random DMs, begging people to help me pay my rent for next month.
Since I became a responsible adult, I have never experienced life this way.
For the first time, I am losing sleep over rent.
For the first time, I have contemplated selling my car just to afford food and meet my basic needs.
For the first time, I can no longer afford the things I used to take for granted.
For the first time, I can no longer send money home to my parents.
For the first time, I have no savings. I live from one payday to the next, counting down to the 15th of every month.
For the first time, I can no longer afford to take myself out on a date.
And I have a job!
Now, explain to me how I am supposed to keep hoping under these conditions.
How do you tell a working-class Nigerian to remain hopeful when survival has become this exhausting?
How do you ask me to be patient when I watch APC youth leaders sharing Prado jeeps like party souvenirs?
How do I reconcile my daily struggle to afford rent, food and basic necessities with the display of wealth by those in power?
I am not asking for a Prado.
I am not asking for a handout.
I am asking for a country where an honest day’s work can afford me a decent life.
I am a Nigerian. I work. I try. I keep going.
But this pain is biting deep. It is affecting my dignity, my peace of mind and my ability to take care of the people I love.
This is not a statistic from an economic report.
This is not opposition propaganda.
This is my life. My reality. The story of a working-class Nigerian under your government.
And I know I am not alone.
Jesuferanmi. 💔🇳🇬
