Today Ss shared their own @WODBMath with our Kindergarten Math buddies using @MicrosoftFlip. Now my Ss are excited to hear their responses and engage in a math conversation with them. Building peer relationships through math and tech!

Every day during our class meeting I share a quote, from growth mindset to responsibility. Ss have started to spontaneously give me quotes to share during our meeting. Just wow, really feeling the buy in to our class culture.
No internet no problem! Our #math block must go on! Made up my own @WODBMath on the fly to keep our number talk routine.

#RingTheBell
ALT Bryce Harper pointing to the Phillies logo on his chest after hitting a two-run home run. He is a Philadelphia Phillie. He's wearing the red pinstripes uniform.
ALT Rhys Hoskins and Bryson Stott jumping in celebration after Hoskins hit a three-run home run. Rhys is yelling. They're wearing the red pinstripes uniform.
ALT J.T. Realmuto high-fiving his teammates in the dugout after scoring a run. He's wearing the red pinstripes uniform.
Ring it.

ALT Alec Bohm celebrating his RBI single. He's wearing the grey Phillies uniform.
Ss got to get hands on in science as they got to dissect a flower to identify the parts. So fun to watch them make connections to our past lessons.
