The self proclaimed "Cold Email King" just charged back over $80,000 from the man who ran his entire email infrastructure That man is me I seen the disputes hit my dashboard and I swear to god I laughed out loud Jack Bricknell. JN Jack. @jn_jackk I was the FIRST person to ever supply this man with large scale infrastructure. September 2025. Every campaign his little kingdom ever sent ran through systems I built And bro averaged a 0.001% reply rate on them Do u understand how rtarded you have to be to pull 0.001% on infrastructure that prints money for every single other person who touches it The king of cold email cannot write a cold email are you crazy are you dumb Oh ? The infrastructure was the problem ? Buddy I built my own verifier and tested ur little OmniVerifier against it, the tool doesnt verify sht, ur tech is fake ur results are fake ur crown is fake So instead of locking in and getting better at his ONE job this grown man went to Amex and reversed every invoice since day one Fcked me for $80K+ overnight, the person who kept his whole operation alive But His own coaching students came to me and told me this is literally what he teaches Pay every vendor with Amex so u can reverse it all once ur done using them Make ur own clients pay bank transfer ONLY so they can never get a cent back Collect 5 figures deliver nothing churn repeat Any rtard on earth can run 100% margins when stealing ur costs back is the business model that is called fraud son And my DMs bro My fcking DMs 10+ people in a few days with the same story word for word Sold him LinkedIn accounts, delivered "a day late", full chargeback Sold him review botting, full chargeback His own staff, never paid His agency clients, real companies that paid 5 figures, zero work done, churned like they were nothing multiple 6 figures collectively and new victims in my inbox every single day Now hes blocking people and hiding threads like a scared little rat Bud I have everything saved You cannot delete what lives in my drive If ur his customer rethink who ur backing If he owes u money protect urself while u still can If he ran this same play on u, DM me and get ur records together, there is a serious case being built against him and his company and u may be able to recover Jacky I know ur reading this so read slow U cannot charge back a subpoena Full exposé next week. Quick question. Where are the interested leads from last Tuesday? Not the campaign stats. The actual PEOPLE. The ones who replied "sounds interesting, tell me more." Where are they right now? You don't know. Do you. They're sitting in some inbox. Marked as read. Rotting. You paid for the domains. You paid for the inboxes. You paid for the leads, the verification, the sequencer. You did everything right and someone actually said YES. And then you let them die in a Gmail tab. Gents. This is the most expensive mistake in cold email and nobody talks about it. Here's what should happen the second someone replies "interested": It lands in a CRM. Automatically. Not a spreadsheet you "update on Fridays." It gets enriched with their mobile number. Automatically. Your caller gets pinged. Automatically. They dial within 30 minutes. While that lead still remembers who you are. And every single morning your caller sees the list. Yesterday's interested leads. Last week's. Last month's. Who got called. Who booked. Who ghosted. Who needs another dial. Nothing slips. Nothing rots. Nothing "falls through the cracks," which is a fancy way of saying "we forgot." Right now most of you are spending thousands to generate interest... ...and then handling it like a guy who leaves his car running in a Walmart parking lot with the doors open. The interested lead from 3 weeks ago didn't go cold. You let it go cold. Track it. Enrich it. Call it. Every single day. Or keep wondering why 1,000 positive replies turned into 12 meetings.

I need to talk about placement tests because I'm genuinely losing my mind. You send 50 emails to some random seed inboxes. The dashboard turns green. "92% inbox placement!" And you think you're safe. BRO. YOU TESTED YOUR EMAILS IN A VACUUM. You don't send to random inboxes. Nobody does. You send to a NICHE. And every niche runs on completely different email. Plumbers, roofers, local service businesses? Personal Gmails everywhere. Enterprise? Outlook as far as the eye can see. Agencies? Around 70% Google. So what exactly did your "92%" test? Nothing. It tested a fantasy list that doesn't exist. Here's real data from a real test. Read it slowly: Google to Google: 93% inbox. Outlook to Outlook: 94%. Outlook to Google: 58%. FIFTY. EIGHT. PERCENT. Same email. Same copy. Same domains. Same everything. The ONLY difference is which provider sent it and which provider received it. Now picture the mfer running 100% Outlook infra into a list that's 70% Gmail. His generic test says "looking great!" Meanwhile almost HALF his emails are rotting in spam, and he's on X asking why his "perfect copy" isn't converting. It's not the copy, buddy. You're sending a fax to a WhatsApp group. And people PAY for these tests. Monthly. Then they make real decisions off a number that has nothing to do with who they actually email. A real test needs to know two things: Who you're sending TO. What you're sending FROM. Then test THAT exact combination. Anything else is a horoscope with a progress bar. And if your whole stack is one provider blasting into a mixed list... You don't need a placement test. You need a priest. Use a tool that actually does place all these factors into consideration...

Unpopular opinion: your reply rate doesn't matter. Every guru on here is flexing 5%, 8%, 12% reply rates. Cool. You sent 400 emails. One of our clients sent 8 million emails and booked about 1,000 calls. Reply rate? 0.3-0.5-something percent. The gurus would call that a failed campaign. That "failed campaign" booked more meetings in a month than most of these mfers will book in their entire lives. Here's what nobody wants to admit: High reply rates are easy when your volume is tiny. Send 300 hand-picked emails and anyone looks like a genius. At scale, reply rates drop. Every single time. That's just math. But meetings go up. Pipeline goes up. Revenue goes up. You can't pay rent with a percentage. So next time someone screenshots a 10% reply rate, ask them one question: "Out of how many?" Watch them disappear.

Giveaway time, gents. Drop the funniest reply you've ever gotten to a cold email. The unhinged ones. The "how did you get this email" ones. The guy who replied with a 6-paragraph essay about his divorce. The CEO who said "no" and then booked a call 3 days later. Best one wins 1 million free EmailShield verification credits. That's enough to clean a million leads before you spend a dollar. Rules: 1. Drop your take in the replies 2. I will pick my favorite The winner is picked by me. I'm judging, and I have no mercy. "Personalize your first line" will not win. Try harder.

Cold email isn't dead. Your inboxes are. Every time Google or Microsoft change the rules, half of X posts "cold email is over." This happens 2–3 times a year. Every single year. Nothing magic changed this quarter. Just a few things that made everyone panic. We manage infra for 1,500+ clients and run 100+ on the agency side. So I made a video on exactly what we changed, with real numbers you can screenshot and stick on your fridge. THE BIG CHANGE You send less per inbox. And it costs a bit more. Not because providers got greedy. Because the more you send from one inbox, the easier you are to spot. Send 1–2 emails a day from an inbox and it's almost impossible to get banned. I have Gmail accounts from 2014 that send 2–3 a day and have never been touched. The whole game now: Don't send millions of emails from one inbox. Send millions of emails from millions of inboxes. THE NEW LIMITS Google: 15–20 cold emails a day per inbox, depending on your risk tolerance. I run 15. Outlook: 2–3 a day. That's it. Anyone telling you more has no idea what they're talking about. SMTP: 10–12 a day. WHAT $500 GETS YOU NOW Google: 2,500–3,800 cold sends a day Outlook: 3,000–4,000 a day Private SMTP: up to 5,000 a day GOOGLE 5 inboxes per domain, spread across separate admin accounts. Stack hundreds of users on one account and you're getting blocked. And we've been testing something for 6 months: a cheaper Google setup at about 30% less for the exact same inbox. The only catch is swapping domains every 3 months, which you should already be doing. OUTLOOK Premium and Normal are different license types. Normal is what most vendors resell, and it gets abused. Premium sits with a different team, and we haven't seen ban waves on it. Stay at 2–3 a day. Match Outlook to Outlook where you can. SMTP Your own email server. Hard tech. We've spent years on ours. 5 inboxes per domain, about half of Google's volume, at a fraction of the price. THE GOLDEN RULES Generic brand domains on .com. If your brand is superlist. com and you send from getsuperlist. com, you're getting linked straight back. Mask or clone your domains so they can't be traced to your main site. Aged domains, 1+ year, are crushing right now. Use providers that don't source from cold email vendors, so you're not pooled with every other cold emailer. Diversify. Outlook, Google and SMTP. Sending to enterprise? More Outlook. Bigger companies run more Microsoft. And the reminder nobody wants: you don't need fancy reply rates. One client sent 8 million emails and booked about 1,000 calls. Not pretty percentages. Very pretty calendar. I put the full video breakdown and the Q4 guide together. Exact limits, pricing, the stack we run and every rule above in detail. Follow me + comment "Q4" and I'll DM you both.

Finally some good fucking news... The Chargeback King video is BACK. 👑 For weeks this man has been sprinting around YouTube filing takedowns like a raccoon trying to bury evidence in a parking lot. His big legal argument? "They used my personal picture." Gents. It was his public X profile pic. The one plastered on every account he owns. And it's AI generated. He filed a privacy claim to protect the face of a man who does not exist. 😂 You can charge back $80K. You can spam the report button. You can hide behind a robot selfie. The receipts don't go anywhere, buddy. Video's back 👉 youtube.com/watch?v=zs1gCu3K…

Your catch-all "cleaner" finished in 3 minutes. Real catch-all verification takes up to 48 hours. So what did it actually do? It guessed. And charged you for the guess. We refuse to sell catch-all cleaning. Do this with your catch-alls instead.

EmailShield is doing a small pre-Black Friday launch. Small as in limited. We're letting in a handful of high-volume senders before we open the doors. Same tool we run on our own 1.4M sends a day. $199 per 1M emails. 40K free credits for early birds. Your competitors are about to stop bouncing their Outlook leads. You can keep paying for coin flips, or you can get in first. 👉 emailshield . co
Your email verifier is guessing on half your list. Straight up guessing. Read this before you get mad. B2B lists are packed with Outlook addresses. And Microsoft doesn't like being probed. It throttles verifiers, blocks them, or lets everything through at the door and bounces it later. So your verifier knocks, gets no real answer, and does what any business charging per credit would do. It slaps "valid" on it and takes your money. Then you send. The bounces hit your warmed domain. Your infra burns. You rewrite the copy thinking that's the problem. It was never the copy. We send 1.4M cold emails a day. So we ran the same list through 20+ verifiers and compared every result against what actually bounced. On Outlook, most of them were a coin flip. So we built our own. For ourselves first. Now it's public. EmailShield. Real Outlook verification built from actual delivery data, not a probe Microsoft won't answer. $199 per 1M emails. No tiers. No credit games. 40K free credits for the early bird list. I wrote the full breakdown: why Outlook breaks verification, every tool we tested and how they scored, the exact verification workflow we run at 1M+ sends, and what skipping it really costs you. Comment "VERIFY" and I'll DM it to you.

Your verifier is guessing on your Outlook leads. Every "valid" it can't actually confirm is a bounce waiting to burn a domain you spent weeks warming. We tested 20+ verifiers against real sends. Most of them flipped a coin on Outlook. So we built EmailShield. The one we use on our own 1.4M sends a day. Early bird list gets 10,000 free credits. Invite-only, high-volume senders first. Get in before the list closes 👉 emailshield . co
You "verified" your list. Your domains still burned. Here's why: most verifiers guess on Outlook addresses and charge you full price for the guess. We tested 20+ of them against real sends. Here's what we found, and what we built instead.

you ignoring this thinking im bs-ing gonna find out the hard way
Email verifiers are scamming you in 2026. Read the whole thing before you start typing "uH aCtuAlly..". Not all of them on purpose. But the result is the same. We send 1.4M cold emails a day ourselves. Our clients send 40M+. And every single day I watch people do everything right. Clean domains. Perfect DNS. Warmed inboxes. Short copy. Then their bounce rate spikes and their infra burns anyway. The list was "verified." Of course it was. Here's the dirty secret nobody in this industry wants you to know: Almost nobody verifies Outlook accurately. Microsoft handles verification checks differently from Gmail. The handshake most verifiers rely on doesn't give a straight answer. So the tools guess. They mark it valid. Or catch-all. Or "risky," which is a fancy word for "we have no idea." And they have zero reason to fix it. They charge per credit. Bigger list, more money. Accuracy isn't the product. Your credit card is. So I tested the 5 most popular verifiers on the market. Same list. Same known outcomes. On Outlook, most of them were a coin flip. So we built our own. For ourselves first, because at 1.4M a day, bad verification doesn't waste credits. It burns domains. It's called EmailShield. It handles Outlook with its own logic, not a guess. $199 per 1M emails. No tiers. No credit games. We're opening early access. Comment "VERIFY," like this and follow, and I'll DM you: Early access to EmailShield 10K free credits to test it on your own list The full breakdown of how every tool performed Test it against whatever you're using now. If we're not more accurate, keep using them.

LeadSonar is public. The exact tool I use to score and personalize 10,000 leads while I sleep. Now anyone can use it. Which means your competitors are about to send researched, personalized emails to the 30K leads that actually fit... ...while you're still blasting 100K raw Apollo leads with "Hey {{firstName}}, loved your recent post." Free trial. A few thousand credits. Zero excuses. Get in before everyone else does 👉 leadsonar . io
I personalize every single cold email I send. Every lead. Every follow-up. Not "loved your recent post." Real research. The kind an SDR would spend 30–45 minutes on per lead. And I do it for 10,000 leads at a time. Here's the exact workflow, because what worked in 2023 is getting you eaten alive in 2026. STEP 1: STOP SENDING TO EVERYONE YOU DOWNLOADED Everyone pulls a list the same way. Apollo, ZoomInfo, whatever. Filter by industry, title, company size. Download 100K. Send to all of it. Bro. That list is full of people who aren't a fit. So the first thing I do is run every lead through LeadSonar and score it. It reverse engineers the company's social profiles, scrapes everything it can find, then runs it through AI that does the actual research. Who do they sell to? What do they actually sell? What kind of company are they really? Then it gives every lead an ICP score. 80+ is a perfect fit. Send. Under 40 is a waste of an email. Don't. I tested it live in the video. A B2B marketing agency scored as a strong fit. An "e-commerce lead" turned out to be an AI sales platform. Not a fit at all. Would've been a wasted email and a potential spam complaint. Out of 100K leads, you usually end up with 30–40K worth sending to. "But I'm paying for those other 60K!" You're paying more to send to them. Every irrelevant email is a chance for someone to hit spam and torch a domain you spent weeks warming. STEP 2: PERSONALIZE LIKE A HUMAN DID IT Now take the good leads and turn on AI personalization. Not a variable swap. It writes full cold emails per lead. Multiple versions, so you can pick or test them. And it gives you the building blocks to write your own: A simplified job title. Not "Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder." Just "founder." So your email says "I work with founders in [their space]" like a human would. Cleaned company names. Not "ACME HOLDINGS, LLC." Just "Acme." Company type and who they actually work with. "You work with health systems and influencer brands." Their buyer persona. A recent professional achievement, if you want to mention one. A custom subject line written about their business. In the video, a compliance company got a subject line about ADA training and compliance. Specific. Relevant. Not "quick question." You give it two things: who you sell to and what you sell. Then it does the rest. STEP 3: LET IT TAKE ITS TIME 10,000 leads takes 30–40 minutes. That's not slow. That's the point. It's doing deep research on every single person. If a tool "personalizes" 10K leads in 30 seconds, it didn't research anything. It filled in a template and called it AI. STEP 4: CLEAN AND ENRICH IN THE SAME RUN While it's at it: Verify every email so you're not bouncing your domains to death. Waterfall enrichment: drop in a company and it pulls the contacts and mobile numbers. So when someone replies "interested," you can call them in minutes. You already have the number. THE PRICE THAT MAKES THIS A NO-BRAINER 1 million credits is $500. Verification costs 3 credits per lead. That's roughly 330K leads scored, enriched, personalized and verified for $500. Compare that to one SDR researching 15 leads a day by hand. And you can try it free. You get a few thousand credits just for signing up, plus a sandbox to play with. WHY THIS IS THE FUTURE Here's where cold email is heading: Very low volume per inbox. 2–3 emails a day per account. Spread across a lot of inboxes. When every inbox sends a couple of emails a day, and every email is genuinely different from the last one, there's nothing for the filters to map. No identical templates. No pattern. No "this is a bulk sender." Just what looks like a team of SDRs who spent 30 minutes on every prospect. Your infrastructure gets you into the inbox. Your targeting decides who you're talking to. Your personalization decides whether they reply. Skip any one of those and you're just spamming with extra steps.

Spamhaus is changing the rules in November, and a lot of cold emailers are about to get blocklisted without knowing why. Spamhaus runs the blocklists a huge share of mail servers check before accepting your email. Get listed and your emails start bouncing across thousands of servers at once. Starting November 2026, every sending IP needs: 1. A valid HELO hostname 2. Reverse DNS (a PTR record) 3. A matching A record pointing back to the same IP If those don't line up, your IP looks like a hacked server, and it becomes a candidate for listing. Who's at risk? If you only send through Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, they handle this for you. If you run SMTP, it's on you. And the usual cheap setups fail it: No reverse DNS Your host's generic hostname as reverse DNS HELO set to localhost A HELO that changes between connections They also called out a few other things worth fixing while you're at it: Don't send from domains younger than 30 days Keep your bounce rate under 5% Spread your volume across the day instead of blasting it at once Keep SPF under 10 DNS lookups What to do this week: Run every sending IP through the Spamhaus HELO checker. Point reverse DNS to a real hostname you control. Make sure that hostname resolves back to the same IP. Use one consistent HELO that matches. It takes an hour to fix now. It takes weeks to recover after you're listed.
Spamhaus is changing the rules in November. Every sending IP needs a valid HELO, reverse DNS and a matching A record, or it's a candidate for listing If you run SMTP, this is your deadline. Here's everything that changed and the exact checklist to fix it

Most of you aren't bad at cold email. You're just driving blindfolded at 300kmh and wondering why you keep hitting walls. No idea how many emails went out yesterday. No idea which domains are dead. No idea if you're hitting your numbers or quietly missing them every day like a raccoon losing at blackjack. And that's costing you more money than your copy ever will. Let me show you what it looks like when you actually know your numbers. One of our clients: 5–6 million emails a month. About 1,400 positive replies. 600–700 booked meetings. Every. Single. Month. Now here's where it gets funny. The reply rate on their dashboard says 0.0-something percent. A blind man looks at that and kills the campaign on the spot. "Bro it's not working." Calculate it per lead and it's 0.12–0.13%. Real replies. No out-of-office padding. Low reply rate, insane positive rate, hundreds of meetings. Blind you just murdered the best campaign you've ever run. Yesterday that client sent zero emails. ZERO. Did anything break? No. US public holiday. We don't send on holidays. America's at a mattress sale and nobody's reading email. Blind you sees a zero and panics. Tracked you sees a decision. September 23rd. We could've sent 200K emails for that client. We sent 88K. "Mfer why are you leaving capacity on the table?!" Because maxing out every inbox every day is how you cook your infra. At that volume inboxes are always rotating. Some warming. Some resting. Some on their deathbed. You don't floor a race car every lap and you don't floor your inboxes every day. Now the scary one. Real Maildeck dashboard. Client with 90 domains. 73 of them burnt. SEVENTY THREE. And he was still feeding leads into them like a guy pouring gas into a car that's already on fire. Domains dying is normal. Domains dying quietly while you keep sending for 3 weeks is how you go broke. We watch every domain 24/7. Blacklists, health, everything. One click and every dead domain gets replaced. Tenant underneath is clean, new domains plug right in, you're sending again before lunch. Same guy didn't have masking on half his domains either. Bro. Masking means your cold domains never point straight at your real brand. Silent redirect or a mirrored copy of your site. Either way the filters can't trace it back to you, and when a domain burns your main business doesn't burn with it. Also one click. Also free. My favorite part: Set your KPIs. Reply rate. Interested. Booked. Show rate. Close rate. Connect your sequencer and calendar. Wake up every morning and see exactly what you planned versus what actually happened. Projected vs real. On track or quietly dying. No spreadsheets. No vibes. No "I think it's going okay." You KNOW. Then there's Maya. AI inside Maildeck that looks at who you're emailing and tells you if your infra mix is wrong. Big companies? More Outlook. Small companies? More Google. Home services? Google and SMTP. Done. Ask her "why did my domains get blacklisted" at 2am and get an actual answer instead of crying into your keyboard. Full transparency, it's our tool. 65 million emails a day. 1,600 clients. 4.3 million inboxes. I spent tens of thousands building our own custom tracking system before this existed. You don't have to. It's free on every plan. Two tenants or two million inboxes, same dashboard. As far as I know nobody else gives you this. Here's the order, gents: Infra that lands. A sequencer that sends. Leads that actually fit. Verification so you're not bouncing yourself to death. Tracking so you know what's working. Most of you stop after step 2 and then blame "the market." If you don't know your numbers, you don't have a business. You have a slot machine with a Calendly link.

Your personalization decides whether they reply. Skip any one of those and you're just spamming with extra steps.

You downloaded 100,000 leads from Apollo. Congrats. About 60,000 of them should never get your email. And sending to them anyway is quietly killing your whole operation. Let me explain before you get defensive about your 100K list. THE 2023 PLAYBOOK IS DEAD Here's what everyone did: Open Apollo. Industry: marketing agency. Title: founder. Company size: 10–50. Download. Blast. It worked. For a while. Then 400 other agencies figured out the exact same filters. Now "marketing agency founder, 10–50 employees" is the most harassed inbox on planet earth. That guy gets 40 cold emails a week. He doesn't read them anymore. He deletes on sight. And half the people on that list aren't even a real fit. They matched a filter. That's it. The "marketing agency" is actually a 2-person freelancer shop. The "founder" sold the company last year. The "10–50 employees" is 6 people and a LinkedIn page. A filter isn't a fit. It's a guess. THE PART NOBODY CONNECTS When you email someone who's actually a fit with a mediocre message, they ignore you. Fine. No harm. When you email someone who's NOT a fit, about something that has nothing to do with them? They mark you as spam. And spam complaints are the fastest way to kill a domain. Google's line is 0.3%. Quick math: Send 100K emails. 60K go to people who aren't a fit. If just 0.5% of those people hit "report spam," that's 300 complaints. 300 out of 100K sends is 0.3%. You just hit Google's limit. Not because your copy was bad. Because you sent to people who never should've heard from you. Bad targeting doesn't just waste sends. It burns the domains you spent weeks warming. SCORE BEFORE YOU SEND So here's what we do now. Every lead gets scored BEFORE it gets a single email. Not "do they match my filter." Real questions: Who do they actually sell to? What do they actually sell? Is this company really what the database says it is? Would my offer genuinely matter to them? Score them. 80+ is a real fit. Send. Under 40 is a waste of an email. Don't. Everything in between, you decide. Out of 100K leads, you usually end up with 30–40K worth sending to. "But that's 60% fewer emails!" Yes. 60% fewer emails going to people who were never going to buy, and 60% fewer chances to collect a spam complaint. You're not losing leads. You're losing the ones that were costing you domains. THEN, AND ONLY THEN, PERSONALIZE Now take those 30–40K real fits and make every email look like a human wrote it for them. And no, I don't mean this: "Hey {{firstName}}, loved your recent post!" "Saw you're hiring, congrats on the growth!" That's not personalization anymore, gents. Everyone uses it. It's a pattern. Prospects spot it in half a second, and so do spam filters. Real personalization looks like this: Their role in plain English. Not "Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder at Acme Holdings LLC." Just "founder." Their company name cleaned up the way a human would say it. Not "ACME HOLDINGS, LLC." Just "Acme." Who they actually serve. "You work with health systems and influencer brands." Their buyer persona. Who's on the other side of their deals. Something real they did recently. A launch. A milestone. An expansion. A subject line written specifically about their business. Not "quick question." That's the email an SDR would spend 30–45 minutes researching. Now imagine every single one of your 30K leads getting that level of research. That's not possible by hand. It's very possible with AI that actually does deep research per lead instead of spitting out a generic blob in 2 seconds. And yes, that deep research takes time. Real research on 10,000 leads takes a while. If a tool "personalizes" 10K leads in 30 seconds, it didn't research anything. It filled in a template and called it AI. PERSONALIZE THE FOLLOW-UPS TOO Most people personalize email 1 and then send the same generic follow-up to everyone. "Just bumping this to the top of your inbox!" Bro. Your follow-ups are where most replies come from. And you're sending the most robotic email in the whole sequence. Every step should feel like it was written for that person. Not just the first one. FIND THE PHONE NUMBERS WHILE YOU'RE AT IT While you're enriching, pull the mobile numbers too. Positive reply comes in? You call within minutes. You already have the number. Cold email finds the interest. The phone closes it. WHY THIS MATTERS MORE EVERY MONTH Here's where cold email is going: Low volume per inbox. 2–3 emails a day per account. Spread across a lot of inboxes. When every inbox sends a couple of emails a day and every email is genuinely different from the last, there's nothing for the filters to fingerprint. No identical templates. No pattern. No "this is a bulk sender." Just what looks like a bunch of humans sending a bunch of thoughtful emails. Because that's basically what it is. THE WHOLE SYSTEM 1. Download your list. 2. Clean it. Verify every address. 3. Score it. Cut everyone who isn't a real fit. 4. Research and personalize what's left. Every email, every follow-up. 5. Pull mobile numbers so you can call the second someone replies. 6. Send low volume per inbox across a lot of inboxes. Fewer emails. Better emails. Healthier domains. More replies. The guys still blasting 100K raw Apollo leads are funding your future customers' spam folders. Let them.

Spamhaus is changing the rules in November. And most cold emailers running SMTP have no idea what's about to hit them. Quick context: Spamhaus runs the blocklists a huge chunk of mail servers check before accepting your email. Get listed and your emails start bouncing or vanishing across thousands of servers at once. Starting November 2026, they're rolling out a new requirement. Every sending IP needs: 1. A valid HELO hostname 2. Reverse DNS (a PTR record) 3. A matching A record pointing back to the same IP Miss any of these and your IP becomes a candidate for listing. In plain English: when your server connects to send an email, it introduces itself with a name. Spamhaus will check that the name is real, that your IP points to that name, and that the name points back to your IP. If it doesn't all match, you look like a hacked server or a spammer hiding behind a cheap host. And you get treated like one. If you only send through Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, they handle this for you. If you run SMTP, this is your problem. Here's what gets flagged: No reverse DNS at all. Generic host reverse DNS like vps-25.hosting.example.com. HELO set to localhost. A HELO that changes between connections. A HELO pretending to be Gmail or Hotmail. Half the cheap SMTP setups out there are doing at least one of these right now. And while you're at it, Spamhaus spelled out a bunch of other rules most of you are breaking: Domains registered in the last 24 hours go on their zero reputation list. Domains used for mailing within 30 days of registration are treated as suspicious. Stop sending from brand new domains. Bounce rate has to stay under 5%. Not a suggestion. A requirement. Don't blast your whole daily volume at the top of the hour. Spread it out. No sudden volume spikes. SPF has to stay under 10 DNS lookups, or it fails completely. DKIM on every email, 2048-bit recommended. DMARC published, and don't sit at p=none forever. One-click unsubscribe headers, and process unsubscribes within 2 days. No free URL shorteners in your emails. Here's the November checklist: 1. Run every sending IP through the Spamhaus HELO checker 2. Fix reverse DNS to a real hostname you control 3. Make sure that hostname points back to the same IP 4. Set a consistent HELO that matches 5. Clean up SPF. Under 10 lookups, no dead includes 6. Stop sending from domains younger than 30 days 7. Get your bounce rate under 5% and keep it there The guys getting listed in November won't be the ones sending clean, relevant emails to the right people. They'll be the ones running SMTP on localhost with a 12% bounce rate. Fix it now. Not after you're listed.

You "verified" your list. Your domains still burned. Here's why: most verifiers guess on Outlook addresses and charge you full price for the guess. We tested 20+ of them against real sends. Here's what we found, and what we built instead.
