I have seen plenty of information on old experiments using live viruses on humans for this very reason.
There were also experiments to use viruses and other means to trigger dominant genetic changes in one generation, who would pass key new traits on to their offspring.
I am a firm believer that ASD are not an incidental thing.
That we are a deliberate experiment, using live viruses to try and trigger mutations which create highly specialised and focused workers who are only good at one thing and therefore cannot move from their "place" socially
