Design day in #MBF3C. A great way to apply what we’ve learned about geometry, nets, surface area, and volume. Still waiting for the day when there aren’t giggles across the room every time I use the word ‘balls’ 😂

#MBF3C students built 3D solids today then unfolded them to investigate nets and their connection to SA. Lots of different things emerged including a pretty sweet dodecahedron

Haven’t posted in a while, but can’t say enough about the use of group tests in #MBF3C. The conversations between students are awesome and the engagement is through the roof
