I was in love last week and today we’re no contact. I don’t think people understand how heartbreaking modern dating can be. How do you go from speaking every day, sharing your thoughts, making plans, letting someone become part of your routine and genuinely believing there’s a future together to suddenly having no place in each other’s lives? It’s a strange kind of grief because you’re not just losing a person. You’re losing the conversations you got used to, the little things you looked forward to, the future you quietly started imagining and the version of life where they were still in it. And somehow, you’re expected to accept that someone who felt so familiar just days ago is now someone you aren’t supposed to reach out to. I think one of the saddest parts of modern dating is how quickly you can go from feeling deeply connected to having to teach yourself how to live without someone who was recently part of your every day.

A man who genuinely understands women... will never fall in love again.
Never.
Because once you truly see women, not the fantasy, not the filters, but the raw female nature underneath, something inside you dies quietly.
You stop romanticizing words.
You start watching behavior.
And behavior rarely lies.
You realize love, for most women, isn't about you.
It's about how you make them feel.
The moment those feelings fade, so does their loyalty.
You learn that her "forever" has an expiration date, and it ends when her emotions shift.
You start noticing patterns.
The same words.
The same moves.
Different faces.
Same game.
You realize women don't love men.
They love the experience of being in love.
And when that experience ends, they leave — mentally or physically.
That's when the man wakes up.
His heart hardens.
Not out of bitterness, but out of understanding.
He doesn't hate women.
He just knows the cost of loving one blindly.
And he refuses to pay that price again.

I’ll never forget the night we drafted Jeffery Simmons. The draft was in Nashville. It had started raining about halfway through the draft. I was a bit uncertain because of the injury he sustained during his combine prep. He ended up being a difference maker for this CITY, not just the team. Thank you @GrindSimmons94 for what you did in Nashville. I hope you win a ring with the Bears, it’d be much deserved.

All of us at Marvel Studios are deeply saddened by the passing of Sir Patrick Stewart. Sir Patrick brought Professor Charles Xavier to life with extraordinary grace, intelligence, and humanity, defining the character for generations of fans, from "X-Men" to "Logan" to "Avengers: Doomsday." He was a singular talent, a generous collaborator, and a true gentleman. Our hearts go out to his wife Sunny, his children, his friends, and the countless fans around the world whose lives he touched with his art.

A day of mourning for all those in the Titans fan base. Jeffery Simmons was more than a player on the field. He was a leader in the locker room, and a leader in the community.
Thank you for everything Big Jeff! Forever a Titan.
