🚨 STAKE BLOCKED MY $136,717 WITHDRAWAL DUE TO AN APPARENT BUG THEY KNEW ABOUT A MONTH AGO.
I won $136,717 on @Stake, tried to withdraw my winnings, and was BLOCKED by their system because of a wagering requirement I had already completed.
Here's what happened:
I went all-in on a blackjack hand for approximately $34,179. I was dealt a 4 + 7 (11) against the dealer's 6, so I deposited another $34,212 specifically to double down.
The second my deposit arrived, I doubled down and WON.
Total payout: $136,717.
Here's the actual bet:
stake.com/casino/home?iid=ho…
I immediately tried to withdraw, but Stake's system claimed I still needed to wager another $34,212 before I could withdraw anything.
The problem? I'D ALREADY WAGERED THAT ENTIRE DEPOSIT.
I immediately contacted live support, explained the situation, provided video evidence of the double down, and even specifically requested a temporary betting lock on my account while they fixed the issue.
Instead of helping, support repeatedly sent generic responses about wagering requirements and attempted to gaslight me into believing I was wrong, despite the evidence showing that I'd already wagered the deposit.
They didn't correct the requirement or act on my request for a betting lock.
I was left unable to withdraw my winnings, and the balance was subsequently lost.
BUT HERE'S THE CRAZIEST PART.
While trying to find help, I went into the Discord server of a creator who referred me to Stake and asked whether anyone else had experienced this issue.
Another user came forward who had experienced the EXACT SAME ISSUE AN ENTIRE MONTH EARLIER.
He showed me his conversation with Stake's live support, where they acknowledged that his bet hadn't counted because it was placed immediately after a deposit, before their wagering requirement system had updated.
THEY ACKNOWLEDGED THE ERROR AND FIXED IT FOR HIM.
Yet an entire month later, the same thing happened to me, and support repeatedly insisted I was wrong.
And that's just ONE other case I found simply by asking in a Discord server.
Here's proof of my conversations with Stake's live support:

I've also attached a video showing the deposit being credited and the blackjack bet being doubled immediately afterward.
I WON $136,717. I TRIED TO WITHDRAW. STAKE'S SYSTEM WOULDN'T LET ME.
I even specifically asked support to prevent me from placing further bets until the issue was fixed, and that request was ignored.
How can a casino block a customer's withdrawal due to an apparent technical error, ignore video evidence, and then blame the customer?
@StakeEddie @BijanTehrani - Is this seriously how @Stake handles customers who encounter technical issues on your platform?
If a casino won't let you withdraw your winnings because of its own system, how can anyone trust it with their money?
Please RT to spread awareness.
