Because all the money approved for emergencies by our courts was looted through proxy companies, the Isiolo general hospital could not even afford gloves. The Kenya Judiciary has been used by thieves who share the loot with corrupt judges to delay justice in Isiolo. #JurisPesa

In a brazen attempt to circumvent the constitution and any existing laws the Governor of Isiolo in collaboration with a rogue clerk have “passed” budget for 2025/26 without a single sitting of the assembly. The Government printer goes ahead and published fraudulent budget! This is after I as the Speker sent a warning of their fraudulent scheme.

Today, I had the honor of leading a delegation of Isiolo leaders, professionals, and residents from all wards to a consultative forum with Deputy President Prof. @KindikiKithure at his official residence in Karen. Accompanied by Deputy Governor @DGLowasa, Isiolo County MP Hon. @muminabonaya, PS Mohamed Liban, Speaker @Mrobkoto, Isiolo North MP Hon. Samal Lomwa, and all Isiolo County MCAs, led by Majority Leader Hon. Abdirashid Ali, we engaged in productive discussions on key development projects aimed at accelerating Isiolo’s economic transformation that align with the BottomUp Economic Transformation Agenda (BETA).
Top of our agenda was the operationalization and imminent opening of the Isiolo Export Abattoir by the President, a milestone that will revitalize the livestock value chain, increase earnings for livestock keepers, expand access to international markets, and boost household incomes. We also underscored the urgency of extending the Isiolo International Airport runway and tarmacking the Isiolo-Merti Road, a critical infrastructure project that will unlock the region’s full economic potential
This engagement reaffirms our unwavering commitment to working closely with the national government to drive transformative development and improve the livelihoods of Isiolo residents.

The Isiolo County Teaching and Referral Hospital (ICTRH) morgue has reopened following comprehensive renovations that enhance our body preservation facilities.
After months of closure to replace outdated equipment, the morgue is now fully equipped to serve the community effectively. Additionally, state-of-the-art morgue equipment is currently in the procurement stage.
We thank residents for their patience during this transition. Your understanding has been crucial to this improvement.
