Such sad news - little Janet has passed away. 🌈
Colin found her yesterday morning when he went to give her some breakfast.
She was in a greenhouse on the plot and just looked as though she was sleeping.
She was about 16 years old and was born at the allotments.
She hadn't been ill but had slowed down a bit in her old age.
Janet was the last of the Magnificent Seven cats (and today is the anniversary of Dorothy Dumpling's passing) 🌈
Colin and I and all who cared for her will have such lovely memories of her.
Rest in Peace Sweet Girl xxx 🌈

I can’t say this week has started well. I catapulted myself and Chaska to the vet this morning. Everything with him isn’t right. I had been treating him for an upper respiratory infection for 3 days, and suddenly he has hives.
Please send all the good vibes and light our way.

Oh yes. Smoking was huge back then. I told my kids yesterday that it was my 50th anniversary. I quit smoking. I was 19 and up to 2 packs a day. My chest was pounding one night and with the help of my best friend's mother, I kicked the habit

Our sweet little survivor wanted to pop in and remind everyone that we still haven’t reached our $2,000 fundraising goal! 💔
🙏 Can we please reach our $2,000 goal today?
Even $5 or $10 makes a difference! If you can donate, please share.

After 8 weeks in rescue at Bradford Cat Watch Rescue and Sanctuary and such a traumatic start to life Wensleydale and Stilton and now settling g into their forever home together.
This pair certainly came with their challenges and multiple fractures between them, however they have overcome them triumphantly.

While she was with her momma, she was unable to gain weight. Now that we have intervened with bottle-feeding, she has gone from 91g on Saturday night to 155g today!
😺 She’s being fed every 3–4 hours, but she rewards her foster mom.

He is sick, tired, and slowly losing the little strength he has left. 💔
Somewhere along the way, this little soul was forgotten. While other cats sleep safely in warm homes, he is fighting through every painful day on the streets, with nowhere to hide and nobody to comfort him.
