The amount of people that ask if my name is pronounced “Mee-gan” is alarming. Have you actually met someone with my name that pronounces is with a hard e? There’s many ways to spell Megan but only one way to pronounce it.

@NPR thousands of #psychologists planning mass exodus from insurance panels in the advent of new #CMS codes which slice reimbursement rates in half. Many have not been paid at all since last year. Millions will be without adequate #mentalhealth care if this is not addressed.
