" We don't want our children bombarded with sex changes." She did not say children are having sex changes, she said bombarded with sex changes....meaning....being bombarded with this trans movement or whatever you want to call it thats happening. Everyday there is debate about Trans, in sports, in bathrooms, the ideology being taught in schools etc You have parents claiming their little girls are boys and vice versa, we have pronouns in the classrooms and on job applications now. It is the conditioning thats happening... We have gotten to a point where we have female doctors unable to say what a women is anymore, and yall don't see a problem? Its not just about surgeries, or drugs, its about what the kids are growing up seeing & learning before they should. It can be confusing. How anybody thinks this is attacking the LGBTQ community, is beyond me. Its attacking whats being supported by the community plus more under the guise of inclusion, thats the problem. Accept & be who you are without trying to force everybody to accept who you are, & be cautious about the younger ones watching this all play out. Is that too hard to comprehend?

Lmao how could we forget #hoes4harris 👅
The left is melting down right now because Trump made a joke about Nicki Minaj and said he doesn’t respect women… Meanwhile, Democrats brought out Megan Thee Stallion to twerk for votes for Kamala Harris. 🤣👇

Apparently, alot of black people believe the same, it's not just a white thing. Look how quick they jump on an accusation these days, just for some content & dollars. Nobody gives a damn about the truth anymore, when the lie is alot more profitable. Chris isn't wrong with his take on paying for lawyers, but I'm sure he thinks of those 17 years all the time & wonder...what if, I had at least tried. I know another Chris who did help, the one everybody actually hates. 🙃 But, I digress.
“When you’re Black, White people believe every accusation is a conviction.” Chris Rock reveals it still f*cks with him to this day that he didn’t pay for a lawyer to help his best friend’s brother, Roger Logan, who was later exonerated after spending nearly 17 years in prison for a murder he was wrongfully convicted of, as Chris Rock expresses regret, saying he had the means to help him but didn’t. Also, Chris Rock reveals that his best friend used to plead with him to pay for a lawyer to help Roger Logan, as Chris Rock explains that he never did because he had a “no-lawyer thing” since paying for lawyers was so open-ended, revealing that he was always willing to pay for a mortgage, education or anything else, but he stayed away from lawyers because the cost was so open-ended. 🚨In Demoree Hadley’s sworn declaration she alleged the following: “I have never done “witchcraft”; I am spiritual, believe in God and the saints, and practice the Yoruba religion that Desiree and Minerva put me into as a young child. Desiree Perez and Minerva Alvarez often used my own spirituality and Yoruba beliefs against me to abuse and manipulate me, since they were my mentors in the religion. For example: Minerva would say you have to do this or else the saint will punish you. I was naïve and new to the religion and believed blindly what Minerva and Desiree told me when it came to the religion. Audios submitted in Ironkey will prove just that: Desiree would instruct people like Maria de los Angeles to send Demoree religious instructions of what she should and should not do, to trick me into doing what they wanted. Desiree Perez has asked Minerva Alavarez and a Babalawo named Pucci in New Jersey to conduct religious masses, ceremonies, and jobs against Jay Brown, Shawn Carter, Nicki Minaj, Beyonce Knowles, Alex Rodriguez, etc., when she herself believes in the religion and its practices. (Evidence in Minerva's iPhone of text exchanges of Desiree asking for this) Also, Diego Hernandez was present during these requests and assisted Minerva with the jobs. (Desiree is in possession of Minerva’s phone and I am sure messages are there).” Declaration: drive.google.com/file/d/1paq…

🚨 UPDATE: The Eleventh Circuit has granted IN PART Milagro Cooper’s motion to consolidate her two appeals. Her main appeal, Case No. 26 10032, and her second appeal, Case No. 26 12943, involving the denial of her Rule 60(b)(6) motion concerning the district judge’s husband’s law firm and its alleged connections to Roc Nation and Megan, are now consolidated for merits disposition purposes only. What does “for merits disposition purposes only” mean? Basically, the appeals remain separately briefed, but the Eleventh Circuit can consider and resolve them together when it reaches the merits. The first appeal is already fully briefed, so nothing further is required there right now. Milagro had also asked for permission to file a short supplemental brief in the first appeal addressing the Rule 60(b)(6) issue, but the court denied that request. Instead, briefing in the second appeal will proceed separately and in full. Her opening brief in Case No. 26 12943 is due November 3, 2026. Megan’s response would then be due within 30 days after service, and Milagro would have 21 days to reply if she chooses. So the practical takeaway is that the court is keeping the briefing tracks separate, but it has linked the two appeals for final merits disposition, meaning they may ultimately be decided together.

In the matter of Hough v. Maraj et al, Kenneth Petty notifies the court of his intent to seek a summary judgment. "The Complaint primarily concerns Plaintiff’s allegation that Defendant raped Plaintiff in 1994, when Plaintiff and Defendant were 16 years old ... "Plaintiff has admitted that she was not raped."👇

🚨Milagro Cooper has filed her reply brief in the Eleventh Circuit, pushing back on Megan Pete’s attempt to preserve the full $75,000 amended judgment. Milagro argues Megan’s response repeatedly turns disputed inferences into established facts, treating her relationship with Tory Lanez and his family as proof that specific statements were commissioned, treating Tory’s conviction as proof of actual malice, and treating the word “campaign” as if it automatically proves multiple tort claims. On the defamation issue, Milagro argues the district court should not have used Rule 60(b)(6) to reinstate the claim after the jury found she should be treated as a media defendant. She stresses that there was no new evidence, no change in law, and no evidence unavailable to the jury when the judge later reversed course. She also attacks Megan’s “commissioned surrogate” theory statement by statement. For Statement 1, Milagro argues a one way text from Tory saying, in substance, “It’s Tory. Hit me,” does not show any instruction, payment, or request to publish. For Statement 2, she points out that the Akademiks interview was recorded in late December 2022 and aired the morning of January 5, 2023, while Sonstar Peterson’s text came later that afternoon. Her argument is simple: an after the fact message cannot commission content that was already recorded and released. For Statement 3, the Emilio Garcia post, Milagro says Megan never closes the gap. That post concerned Garcia’s separate civil lawsuit in August 2024, while the supporter group chat Megan relies on was roughly 14 months earlier and concerned Tory’s criminal case. Milagro says there is no communication, payment, instruction, source material, or request from Tory or Sonstar tied to the Garcia post. Milagro also addresses the roughly $3,000 in transfers Megan relies on, arguing those payments ended in March 2022, months before the criminal trial and long before the 2024 Garcia post. She says there is no payment matched to any of the three verdict statements. On actual malice, Milagro argues a criminal conviction does not mean every witness statement, collateral fact, or later criticism of credibility becomes indisputably true. She says actual malice has to be proven as to each specific statement and that the record showed she based her commentary on what she believed were inconsistencies in the public record. She also directly addresses anti SLAPP. Milagro admits it was not included in the original motion to dismiss or pleaded as an affirmative defense. But she argues successor counsel later asked for a short extension to evaluate defenses including anti SLAPP, the court denied that request, then later said the issue was preserved but refused to apply it because it had never been briefed in writing. She calls that a court created procedural problem and asks that if any speech based claim is vacated or remanded, the district court be required to address Florida’s anti SLAPP statute. On the altered sexual depiction claim, Milagro concedes the statute can reach promotion, not just creation, but argues Megan still had to prove the required mental state. She points to her statements questioning whether the video was AI, saying she would not post it, warning others not to repost it, and later deleting the short lived “go to my likes” post. Finally, she attacks the IIED verdict, arguing Megan’s side cannot simply stack years of commentary, offensive language, the deepfake episode, and the alleged Peterson relationship together and call it a “campaign” in place of proving Florida’s extreme and outrageous conduct standard. Milagro is asking the Eleventh Circuit to reverse the reinstated defamation verdict, reverse the judgments under Florida Statute § 836.13 and intentional infliction of emotional distress for insufficient evidence, and require anti-SLAPP to be addressed on remand if any speech based claim is sent back to the district court. Justin Edison & The alleged confession Prosecutors had claimed that Justin was going to be a witness in court to claim that, he had gone to meet with Tory & Security to pick up megans belongings on the 13th the next day. Where he claims Tory apologized for the shooting and said that he hadn't been aiming at megan. He was shooting at the air and ground. Kelsey also claimed that she had met with Tory on the 13th at her hotel to gather her own belongings where tory also apologized about the shooting to her. I went back through the trial evidence and came across this text from Megan to Kelsey on July 24th, 2 weeks after the shooting. Where Megan is telling kelsey that she had just told justin that torys security had her belongings and that he has also told Kelsey he had her belongings. So, if Justin and Kelsey had met with Tory & Security on the 13th to gather their belongings, why is there a conversation on the 24th about Justin just being told about those belongings and security still having both girls belongings? Is this why torys teams wants all evidence related to justin and what he claimed? As this is a clear contradiction. Did he only manage to grab a few items when he claimed to have gotten this confession and then failed to come to trial to back it up? Just curious.... and once again, don't mind me, im just taking notes.

July 16th... 4 Days after the fear of being shot by police was over, 4 days after police left the hospital... Megan speaks with police, with Alex Spiro & Desiree Perez on the phone, to tell them... She lied to them originally because, she didn't know she was shot until the xrays said so, and she didn't want to falsely accuse anybody. Let that sink in.... Not... "I was trying to protect us from getting shot" ...Not... "I was trying to spare him",... Not.... "George floyd...police were killing nggas, we have a hot gun in the car" like she told us on social media & Gayle King. But..... "I didn't know I was shot until the xrays.." If she didn't realize she was shot until the xrays said so, then what else did she think had caused all the bleeding?... Glass...? Because kelsey said she was told glass at the hospital...Doctor Loffredo confirmed glass to the police...and megan kept backing all of them up by constantly repeating glass over & over. This is supposed to be her being honest with police, so if this is her true statement, then lying about glass to protect everyone was a lie, as both statements can't be true. Its either you knew you were shot but was lying to protect everyone or you didnt know you were shot so therefore couldn't accuse anyone until you were sure? Not to mention, this document says she ran to social media first, before saying a word to police, and so did her team. Again, don't mind me, just taking notes
