A move to Year 2 for me and an enhancement to support the children when learning to tell the time (saw the idea on twitter). Children will take turns to wear the watch. Other times will be added as we move through the year #year2 #edutwitter #tellingthetime #year2maths
How are you feeling?
Children place their feelings stick in the relevant pot and are free to move it throughout the day should they wish to.

Year 2 recognition board all ready for the new term. The children work as a team to make good choices throughout the day. These choices are celebrated by placing marbles in the bucket @pauldixtweets #readyrespectfulsafe #year2 #edutwitter #positivebehaviourmanagement

At the end of every Friday last year, me and my class would do a 'What Went Well?' Each one of us would write down 3 things that we feel went well this week, and read them out to the class. It was such an uplifting way to end the week! Credit to @AdrianBethune. #wellbeing #ect

Good morning #teacher5oclockclub after work drinks in the staff room has never been the norm, least of all during a pandemic! We’re too busy with all the unpaid jobs after school to even think about a knees up!
Drinks in the staff room or sitting at home on full pay? Make your minds up! 🤷♀️
What about drinks at home on full pay! Perfect! #teachers #edutwitter #iwish
2 more days left, of the longest half term ever, until the Easter holidays. Not sure how I’m still going 🤷♀️ #teachertired #Easterbreak #eytalking
What about little Jonny who is bloody brilliant at other subjects but no matter how hard he tries simply cannot ‘level up’ in Maths or English? What happens to your ‘pledge’ then? One guess … it becomes the school’s fault! 😡#brokensystem #teacher5oclockclub #LevelUp #education
Good morning #teacher5oclockclub Spring 2 is my favourite term - the one where those little faces that joined you in September appear not so little anymore. The one where I am in awe of the skills they have acquired and start to see the Year 1 readiness appearing! #earlyyears
Those working in early years will know the feeling of joy experienced when seeing this being dropped off at your school! There are more log buried underneath and it’s free of charge too 🙌 #EYTagteam #eytalking #earlyyears #eyfs
Had a 2 day HMI led Ofsted inspection last week. I’m the early years lead in a primary school and first inspection under new framework! Don’t believe all the horror stories! I had a positive experience, I’m still beaming! 😊 #knowyourstuff #eytalking #EYTagteam #eyfs #earlyyears
Good morning @PaulGarvey4 #teacher5oclockclub Happy half term to those that have had to wait the extra week! That’s my first half term as a middle leader done. To summarise my experience:
