It is with a very heavy heart that we tell you that we lost our beautiful Pearl today. When we rescued her in May, we knew that she had many medical issues, but we did our best to help her in any way we could. However, it just wasn't enough!! At least pearl had 6 months of living inside and knowing that she was loved very much!!! She had a family and she had the love and life she deserved. We will miss her very much.

We are all so lucky to have each other. To be able to be frens. And yet, fur most of us, we never meet in pawson. We meet with our words, our photos, our videos. And our hearts somehow become interconnected.
Some of our lifeโs greatest joys & adventures happen here. Same with our sorrows. But we have one another. We help each other celebrate, & we help each other grieve.
My frens, our paths havenโt crossed by accident. I donโt believe dat these friendships, these bonds, are by mere chance. Remember how precious we are to each other.

My grandma was an excellent cook! I would take an evening of her snacks she made from scratch when I stayed over. Grandpa and I would play board games and she provided the food. Great memories. AND, her dressing at Thanksgiving โฅ๏ธ

Rescue dog Stevie is 3 years old and has been here for 17 days. Sheโs fitting right in, mostly because she thinks sheโs the instructor. When sheโs tired of basic training, she literally barks and yells at us. We just enrolled her in obedience school. Pray for the teacher.๐

Please send your love to Arie Bear @ArieDoodle and his family as they received very upsetting news in regard too Arie Bear. ๐ป ๐พ ๐ญ We love you all so much. ๐ ๐พ โค๏ธ
Unfortunately I have some terrible news. Arie Bear has anal gland cancer. The vet said this is very aggressive. The lump may be too big for surgery to remove. We will see. We are getting the labs and Xray sent to a referral for another review. Those results come Thursday. Early prognosis is a couple months. But we have HOPE and trust in God. Arie Bear has spread pawsitivity and joy to many and he will continue to do so for as long as he can.
He is not in much pain yet and he is a Happy boy right now. Please pray for him and for us.
Thank you all.
Sorry if I'm slow to respond.
