Today is National Indigenous Peoples Day, a day to recognize and celebrate the unique heritage, diverse cultures and outstanding contributions of Indigenous Peoples. June 21st was selected because it is the first day of summer and the longest day of the year.

These Grade ones had a Blast using Maker Blocks and Mbots today at our Stream Centre. They collaborated and used their creativity to design and build a machine to clean up garbage. They made the most incredible machines. @PFS_YCDSB
What a wonderful day at the Stream Centre. We had a special visitor drop in to say hello. @PFS_YCDSB
We got an early start on celebrating Victoria Day today. We used glue, salt and dye to create fireworks! Sparks were flying!🎆🎇@PFS_YCDSB
We worked together to create a life size rosary. Great timing from Mr. deSouza who helped us hang it up. 🙏🙏 @PFS_YCDSB
