In the lame duck session following the 2024 election Chuck Schumer had a 51-49 majority.
Keep in mind that the new Congress is sworn in on January 4 -- 16 days before the President.
In the 8 weeks between the 2024 election and January 4, 2025 -- including both the Thanksgiving and Christmas vacations -- the Dem. Senate confirmed 21 District Judges and 1 Circuit Judge.
Among those 21 were some of the worst nominees of the Biden Admin.
The GOP needs to do exactly the same thing. This has nothing to do with Trump. It has everything to do with not leaving open judgeships that are available in 2028.
Its about what those judgeships might become over the next 40 years if Dems take the WH in 2028.

Almost half the votes remain uncounted in our race, and the final margin will narrow as those votes are tallied. But the ultimate result will not change.
We fought as hard as we possibly could. As of mid-September, polling showed we had a 6-point lead. And the race remained competitive up until the very end.
Yet at the end of the day, the headwinds were too strong: the nation’s most extreme gerrymander focused specifically on our district; the biggest wave election in half a century; millions and millions in outside spending.
I’m proud of the race we ran. We had to fight back, and we did, harder than anyone expected, forcing our opponents to pull out all the stops in the final weeks.
We are leading in the areas I currently represent, and that lead will grow considerably with the late ballots. Extrapolating those results, if there were no Prop. 50 we would likely have won and been the only non-Democrat in the country elected in a district that competitive.
I’m tremendously grateful for the privilege I’ve had to represent our state and country. I’m grateful I’ve had the chance fight for things that are genuinely important. Most of all, I’m grateful for you. I have the very best supporters anywhere.
What’s next for me? Most importantly, I’m looking forward to becoming a dad later this month. Chelsee and I are blessed to be expecting a baby girl very soon.
I will continue to fight for getting California back on track in any way I can. As for public life, I do believe there will be another chapter. I don’t know what it will be, or when. But I don’t think this is the end of the story.
I love our area, I love our state, I love our country, and I love all of you. We’ll be back.

BREAKING: A missing memory card discovered in southwest Georgia could cost Democrats a seat in the state House and narrow their newly won majority before they even take power.
Once the votes were uploaded, Republican state Rep. Gerald Greene went from trailing Democrat Harry James by 58 votes to leading by 262. bit.ly/4kBT1NF

We the people demand an audit. 56% of the voting population in Texas were newly registered by our Republican Secretary of State without proof of citizenship. The Democrats got 1M more votes than they did in the 2024 presidential election cycle. Where are our representatives? DO SOMETHING! @GregAbbott_TX @KenPaxtonTX @DanPatrick @tedcruz

Every single federal judicial vacancy needs to be filled in the lame duck session. The Senate should pull all-nighters for as long as it takes. Democrats wont confirm a single Trump judge once they take over.

HOLY CR*P 🚨 North Carolina processed 1,410,905 new valid voter registrations between 2022-2024 without proof of citizenship
Democrats just flipped control of North Carolina for the first time since 2010 with many races decided by under 300 votes. Democrats also won every statewide race on the ballot
Again, they did this after processing 1,410,905 new valid voter registrations without proof of citizenship

NEW: Democrats rammed through judges in the lame-duck Senate in 2024.
Republicans must learn from their example and confirm all of President Trump's judges before January 3rd.

🔥 President Trump now has a big red VETO hat sitting on the Resolute Desk in the Oval Office
Use the HELL out of that tool, 47. Become “Mr. Veto.”
That’s our only hope to blocking insanely destructive Democrat BS.
