‘Tis the season of kindness! ❤️🎄 Each time a student is caught being kind they get to put an ornament on the kindness tree. We can’t wait to spread holiday cheer in our classroom! 🌲@LaurelOakElem

What a great ending to the week! Our 1st grade buddy class came over with their STEAM buckets! We had a great time getting to know them 🐬 Another great opportunity to build leaders! @LaurelOakElem @MsMacri3 @collierschools
Today we practiced putting numbers in the correct order. We are doing such a good job working with our classmates on figuring out which number goes where! Way to go! @LaurelOakElem
After reading the book, “How Full is your Bucket?” we wrote about how we can be bucket fillers. Then we played “Bucket Fillers”. We took turns tossing Pom Poms into our teammates bucket. All while our teammates cheered us on, filling each others’s bucket! 🪣💧😀 @LaurelOakElem

Our campers put on their experiment hats to see if they could use solar power to heat up their s’mores. By the looks on their faces I would say it worked! 😋 🍫 @LaurelOakElem #CampLearnedaLot
