This National Indigenous Peoples Day, we reflect on a celebration of connection, culture, and community. 🙌
Marked each year on the summer solstice, National Indigenous Peoples Day is a time to recognize and celebrate the rich cultures, histories, traditions, and contributions of First Nations, Inuit, and Métis Peoples.
This past Friday, LPS members were proud to attend Indigenous Solidarity Day at Victoria Park alongside Indigenous communities and Londoners from across the city. The celebration was filled with traditional dancing, delicious food, meaningful conversations, and opportunities to learn, connect, and celebrate together.
Thank you to everyone who made the day so welcoming and memorable. Happy National Indigenous Peoples Day. ☀️

To start #AntiBullying Week, we hosted a Curriculum & Culture Community Night. Often times bullying begins with fear of the unknown so we engaged parents and community members in some CRRP. @TVDSBEquity @TVDSB @PaulSydor
