Wow!!! Just had a record-breaking bridge at the @PEO_Brampton Bridge Building Competition! This bridge, by a grade 8 student, held over 837 pounds! Absolutely amazing.

Designing, building and testing straw bridges according to detailed specs (e.g., specific length, width, and # of materials). Students tested and retested their designs to withstand the Newton scales. One group's bridge was so strong it took all 60 Newtons!! Science is cool!
