There are so many demands of teachers' time and attention that don't support or enrich student learning... but if we can eliminate some of those tasks, we can free up time for the things that really matter.
So much of this episode resonates with me! I have been really lucky to work in schools with small classes and generous prep time to allow for many of these approaches and they really are worth it.
