And ask @SouthwestAir agent to figure out how to make sure my 2 and 3yo aren't sitting alone and beg them to put my mom in the across row bc she's holding my 6m old baby 💀 So much more works for the poor desk agents. Hassle for families! Anyone else hate this new SWA?

So over @SouthwestAir new seat policy. Has a ticket issue, waited in line only for the two agents to not be able to assist me bc they were busy adjusting seat assignments. I couldn't even pay for seats together with my toddler children so now I have to go to the desk...

I'm @SouthwestAir after waiting I scheduled a call back, the representative was having phone issues, I called back and have been on hold for almost 20 minutes! All I wanna do is add a lap child....

Anyone else find what looks like little granules of glass in their @oatsovernight !? 3x it's happened and now I'm worried I've been eating glass! I'd assume sand but it's clear everytime

Love that!! We were just chatting about how important the little fans are to him. How he does his best to sign things for them all at games 🥹 I will let everyone know when we know something. For now we hope and pray :)

Thank you for the loving messages and support of my husband's time with the Astros! We're not sure what the future holds but we know who holds the future and are leaning in to Gods plans whatever they may be! Jp is happy, healthy and ready to play ball so wherever we may land!

We make plans but ultimately God determines our paths. We are right where he needs us.
