.@SakajaJohnson and @WilliamsRuto this is what other countries do to their heroes. We want this guy from Kware absorbed in any of the disaster management and response departments and be given a state commendation .
Ifikie President William Ruto na Governor Sakaja.
Someone tell Yvonne Okwara that when the time comes, she and Eric Latiff will be moderating the presidential debate between William Ruto and Edwin Sifuna. Senje did Kenyans bad.
Citizen TV will definitely fumble on this one.

Is Yvonne Okwara leaving Citizen TV to focus on Edwin W. Sifunaโs presidential bid?
Now that would be a major political plot twist!

The passage of the Sexual Offences (Amendment) Bill, 2023, is a welcome step towards strengthening public awareness of sexual offences and protecting survivorsโ right to education, including teenage mothers.
The next step is to ensure the Bill is fully enacted, adequately funded and effectively implemented, with clear guidelines and accountability mechanisms.
Survivors must not be denied an education because of sexual violence. The law must move beyond paper to deliver protection, access to justice and lasting change.

Kenya does not lack leaders promising to fix it. What it lacks is a politics that begins with us. The People's Manifesto is a citizen-written agenda for 2027 and beyond, built ward by ward and county by county from the lived realities of ordinary Kenyans. Here, your voice is not a comment box; it is the source text. Share the issues that shape your daily life, rank what matters most, and watch a living manifesto take form, one rooted in Utu, in our shared dignity, and in the conviction that power belongs to the people as Article 1 of the constitution affirms. Before anyone asks for your vote in 2027, let them answer to your demands. Add your voice today.

Ruto chooses a rough road in Nandi for his visit, and the people welcome him with โ
two terms chants.
The roads are speaking but apparently the people have decided to sing. This ones should give Kenyans an apology, what is this?

A community that protects girls also holds perpetrators accountable.
Families should not use silence to protect a perpetrator. Institutions should not dismiss reports.

Protection at 12 should mean she can grow into 32 knowing that her community will listen to her, believe her, defend her rights and stand with her when she speaks.

Every girl deserves more than survival. She deserves the freedom to grow, choose, lead and live without violence.

Gen Z protesters have reportedly occupied a Redeemed Gospel Church in Buruburu, Nairobi, demanding justice for Jahenda, who was allegedly cornered and choked inside a restroom by a group of young women.
Reports say some protesters were arrested and detained within the church compound, while others were taken away in a Toyota Probox.
Why canโt the church leadership simply come out, address the protesters and commit to accountability? Why must the response always be force and arrests?

How is rape settled out of court? What message does that send to survivors and to society?
Rape is a serious crime that should not be reduced to a private dispute that can simply be resolved through compensation.
If an out-of-court settlement can lead to acquittal in a rape case, it raises serious questions about accountability and the protection of survivors.
Sexual violence is not a debt that can be paid off.
@ODPP_KE we demand answers.
