BACK IN OCTOBER 2022 AND NOVEMBER 2022, PRE-BANKRUPT BBBY ADMITS RYAN COHEN IS NOT LIABLE TO A 16B LAWSUIT AFTER SELLING HIS SHARES!
The company had this to say to two different shareholders that demanded the company recovers profit from Ryan Cohen under 16b:
"“after thoroughly investigating the transactions identified in your Letter, the Company has concluded that those transactions do not give rise to liability under Section 16(b)” and “the profits identified in your Letter are not recoverable pursuant to Section 16(b)."
Did Ryan Cohen just checkmate DK-Butterfly (BBBY)?

We were told that it was “time” yesterday 🕙🤷♂️
I feel that it would be literally sociopathic for management to post that on the last day of warrant trading at 1:47 pm, unless it’s actually go time for “the plan”.
Hard to believe after all these years, but everything comes to an end eventually.

I found a real NYSE precedent supporting the substitution interpretation :)
A March 2026 NYSE Form 25 filing for EQV Ventures Acquisition Corp. explicitly selected subsection (a)(3).
The accompanying notice explained that, following a merger, the company's existing shares and warrants were being converted into replacement securities issued by Presidio Production Company.
Kind of hyped tbh

GOOD MORNING $GME SQUADDD!
GameStop has filed its form 25 for the warrants. They are officially being delisted.
What’s interesting is that the form had box 3 checked.
NXH didn’t have this. I can’t find any precedent.
What does box 3 mean?
17 CFR 240.12d2-2(a)(3) is the successor security provision.
The SEC's own General Instructions for Form 25 Instruction 12 says:
"In the event removal is being effected under Rule 12d2-2(a)(3) and the national securities exchange has admitted or intends to admit a successor security to trading under the temporary exemption provided for by Exchange Act Rule 12a-5 (17 CFR 240.12a-5), the Form 25 shall be filed with the Commission in a manner that ensures that the delisting does not become effective until the successor security is removed from its exempt status."
Read that again.
The delisting does not become effective until the successor security is live on the exchange.
The NYSE is telling the SEC: we are removing this security because it is being replaced, not because it expired.
WHAT ARE WE ABOUT TO WITNESS?!??

I believe in BBBYQ/TEDDY without a doubt. I’ve repeatedly staked my reputation, the most valuable asset I have, on a positive outcome.

🇮🇳 Your BANK, your email, practically ANY website could have been impersonated, with your browser none the wiser.
All thanks to one company's INSANE security blunder.
Indian company eMudhra, trusted to certify that websites are genuine, used EIGHT cryptographic keys so ridiculously weak they could be cracked almost instantly.
How weak? A normal key relies on a secret number roughly 116 digits long.
eMudhra's secret numbers? Just 4, 56 and 237. These are NOT pieces of the keys. They were the ACTUAL numbers! 🤯
Anyone with those keys could have forged trusted certificates for virtually any website, potentially fooling your browser if they intercepted your connection.
Major browsers have already blocked the keys, and there's no confirmed malicious use so far.
But cleaning up older devices and software could be a nightmare. An expert warns it could be bigger than Heartbleed, the infamous 2014 security disaster that took years to fix, because millions of old devices and systems still need updating.
And here we are, being told our passwords need another capital letter and a special character.

Unless it was just some cruel ass joke or RC seriously thought the money he dumped into GME recently would push the price past $32 (I highly doubt it) then all that 8k tells me it that something is about to pop the fuck off, and they are reminding people to exercise when it does.
