Anthony Mukose was charged with the same offences that had been dismissed (Broadcasting Fake News & Sending False Distress) but came back with a court hearing and two witnesses showed up. Then adjourned to 10th November.

All signs show that @EriasLukwago is critically ill as Justice David Matovu skipped court today without a new date given.
He actually needs the people’s pressure from the outside to force the justice system to deliver justice plus your prayers🙏🏼.

We arrived at the High Court as early as 8 o'clock in the morning for the bail hearing of @PFFUganda Chairman Erias Lukwago and Just now the Court staff has informed us that Justice Matovu is not in court and that the matter was not scheduled for today. We are deeply disappointed, especially as we had been informed that the bail hearing would take place today. @MusiriDavid

We arrived at Buganda Road Court at 8:00 a.m. The proceedings and bail hearing was scheduled for 10:00 a.m. the accused @AloikinOpoloje was already in court but the Magistrate Winnie Nankya Jatiko began hearing other cases first...She treated our punctuality as a punishment.! Regardless we’ll remain here until Opoloje is freed come rain or shine.

Today 14 @Resistance_Ug Activists were brought back to Buganda Road court from Prisons. Unfortunately they were remanded again to 26th October, one of the activists identified as Shakirah Kasoga has collapsed due to health conditions emerging from prison conditions.
