My mom has grown a YouTube channel enough to get monetized but @YouTube wonā€™t allow it because of an address glitch. Nothing my mom can do and even though Iā€™ve made YouTube $500k over 6 years I canā€™t get a hold of them. @YouTubeCreators has left me on read.

Went thru support and they said she wasnā€™t connected on my side but I was told sheā€™d have to reach out to talk about her sideā€¦ but she has no access to a live chat. Itā€™s just forums which are unhelpful. Can you please help?
