Hey politicians, you want to know a great way to "turn down the temperature" in society? No, it's not naking the AFP crack down on social media posts, and it's not about new censorship laws disguised as duty of care either. It's your own behaviour that actually needs to change...

And it's insulting to the constituents you were elected to represent. You bunch of arrogant, entitled, overpaid, condescending, corrupt, shitbags, do your fucking job and work to make our country better. Learn to compromise for the good of the country instead of squabbling...

It is the politicians, whose decades of (worsening) disrespectful attacks on each other, silly posturing and game-playing instead of dealing with real issues, and deliberate seeding of division, that ultimately has caused the temperature to rise. Stop it. Be better. Grow up.

I really hate when politicians, who are already in government, tell the voting public about all the things they'll fix if they get ejected again. Excuse me, you're in government now, just make the changes now. This kind of BS tactic, essentially blackmailing the public, is gross.

Firearms are not toys. Firearms, even if unloaded, with magazine removed and chamber flag inserted, still need to be handled safely. Nobody should be given a gun, even a "made safe" one, without going over the four safety rules and checking they are understood and in practice.
It is, in these scenarios, the responsibility of the "professional fire arms officer" to ensure the person they are giving the firearm to knowns how to hold it, where to point it, and to keep their finger off the trigger. Especially for a PR photo for social media. C'mon.

The recent debate concerning a certain UK police PR image featuring someone holding a firearm is troubling. The individual in the picture is definitely not practicing safe firearm handling, with the barrel not pointed in a safe direction, AND with a finger on the trigger...

That someone would be posing with a firearm, breaking at least a couple of these rules, is problematic. That nobody noticed this, not even the person taking the photo, nor reviewing the photo for release knew about (or didn't care about) firearm safety is shocking...

This isn't a gender thing, a race things, or a religion thing. It's all about safety and sending the right message about safety to others around you. With firearms, do better. And for senior people in the police to attack the critics, instead of doing better, is insane to me.

Golf is hard. Brutally hard. You can hit a great shot, or you could totally mess things up, and either are as likely as a flip of a coin. But the hardest part for me is finding the right balance when playing a round with others...

I want to improve, so I take my game pretty seriously. I also try to be serious enough that other players don't think I'm taking the piss, not trying, or not caring. Even when playing badly, I'm still having fun, so I try to show that as to not be a downer for others around me...

But that balance is hard. I find it hard to laugh at bad shots. I find it hard to even open myself up and joke around with people I don't know: And I usually tee off with complete stranges. Trying to be happy and take my game serious is harder than fixing my swing, if I'm honest.

Wow, Autosteer (beta) on an MY25 Model Y sucks compared to my earlier Model 3. Did a 700km (435mi) trip today, so obviously used this a lot to reduce fatigue: It was very annoying. The number of disengagements was frustrating...

often resulting in you getting a little too close to a line after it suddenly let's go, and then you get lane departure beeps. And speaking of annoying beeping, the stupid beeping sounds that happen every time it disengages and again when I turn it back on drove me crazy.

I just don't have anywhere near the amount of issues with my older Model 3. Yes, there are probably settings I could use to help the Model Y, but most of these need me to stop and put the car in park, if I can find the right option, and I just didn't have the time.
