The 5th IGAD Migration Data Technical Working Group on Improving the Availability and Quality of Migration and Displacement Data and Statistics ends today, 15th August 2024. The 5-day workshop kicked off on 12th with high level remarks from the host Ethiopia, IGAD and partners.
The team gave feedback on the report, guidelines and toolkit, and upraised the region on ongoing national migration and displacement data improvement efforts including through the NCM TWG on migration data.@KNBStats
