Extremely blessed to announce that I will be continuing my academic and football journey at Colorado School of Mines. Thanks to everyone who has supported me along the way #HelluvaEngineer @coachTthomas6 @CoachS_Nelson @coach_sterbick @CoachDiedrick @SV_RangerFB @MinesFootball
Thank You to the Texas High School Coaches for selecting me. I appreciate the acknowledgment.
Another honor for our Rangers...Congrats to Arizmendez, Dudzikowski and Luna on being selected by the @THSCAcoaches for being "Elite" at their sport! @SV_Rangers @valleyventana @DrChapmanCISD @cisdnews
On the same weekend where I finished 2nd in the state in wrestling I learned I was also named to the all state second team for football. @coachTthomas6 @coach_sterbick @CoachS_Nelson @MinesFootball @SV_RangerFB @SvhsW

Week 3 of the district/regional/state gauntlet ended with a second place finish at state. Congrats to @TompkinsKarson Look out NCAA He’s the real deal. Time to put away the wrestling shoes and focus on my future football @MinesFootball and help bring home a national title.

What’s the secret sauce? I start the year with: “We can get you to State…But, if you want to be on the podium? You have to do extra - outside work, or be a first team all district football player.” Prophetic?
2nd stop Regionals. Took first for back to back regional championships and our team took first as well. All that’s left is state

Not the result we travelled to Wichita Falls for but still extremely proud of my team. Honored to be one of the captains of this team the last two seasons.
Small open window in the middle of wrestling season to take an official visit to @MinesFootball. Definitely a little cooler than my other two visits. Looking forward to the weekend. @coachTthomas6 @CoachS_Nelson @CoachDiedrick @coach_sterbick
Often asked where I developed such good footwork and technique on the football field. Wrestling has a lot to do with it.
1 Hightlight from each of the 16 games I played in this season starting with the state championship game. It was a great ride with my SV teammates and coaches. We created memories to last a lifetime.

Pic from last spring. We turned out to be OK. Wouldn't change a thing. Thank you @CWersterfer for everything you did for me and your mentorship the last several years. @JaxsonMaynard1 @spradling_cade @SV_RangerFB

Smithson Valley's scoring defense is a team effort. @SV_RangerFB has scored 10 times on defense, including eight on interceptions.
