My beloved 11 year old family pet max has been cruelly attacked by 3 dogs whose owner couldn’t control them in Redcar this evening. Max was rushed to emergency vets but his injuries were too much and he had to be put to sleep. Please help me find who is responsible. – at Redcar, England
