"What if I built a city on the ocean floor, past all the AI sea mines, and made it look New York?
And what if I then allowed scientists and others to go crazy with their imagination?"
|| now that I have his backstory more fleshed out I'm able to think about his ending.
Definitely gonna be a fight between him and a friend who ratted him out during their NetWatch days. Both dying before the grave of Winger's girlfriend.

"Hey, thanks. That's the kind of look I was goin' for.
An' I'm likin' your style too, choom."
@NETCOPEXILE "I like your style. Reminds me of an old cartoon I used to watch when I was little."
"Exactly you live here. Ain't gonna see a change if you're livin' it.
Get outta the city for a few months an' then come back. Bound to notice some type of change."
A sigh.
"But I'm not born an' bred NC. The hell does a gonk like me know?"
"See, that's a mentality plenty around here have an' yet all it leads to is more ruin.
Way I see it, if you can carve out a small chunk of life in this city then you do what you can not to spoil it."
A shrug, offering a small smile.
"Winger. You?"
Can't knock it until you try it. In a world as ruined as the one they find themselves in, you need to be able to adapt.
Not many consider the nonstop action to be a plus. Chances are She'll come across them soon.
