Wow, what a relief, you CAN "opt-out" of the "on by default" content processing for your proprietary assets - and uh what's that? Adobe will, under "certain limited circumstances" ignore that the little graphic is "switched to off"? So there's no true way to opt-out.

We can all agree that the music industry is broken, but expecting fans to take sole responsibility for fixing it while neglecting the roles of major labels, multinational entertainment companies, DSPs, and many other entities perpetuating the problems is not a viable solution.

Only a small number of book authors make significant money from book sales. This seems to suggest that most books should be freely available for download. The lost revenue for authors would be small, and the benefits to society large by comparison.

Midjourney has now restricted access to their Google doc that showed a massive list of nearly 5,000 artists they scraped or intended to. And this is after a chat was outed between two MJ employees and a Stability employee discussing laundering data and destruction of evidence.
