The Green Party’s “Zionism is racism” resolution echoes a much broader anti-Israel strategy crystallized at the 2001 Durban NGO Forum, where 1,500 NGOs cast Israel as racist, apartheid and genocidal. They proceeded to call for boycotts, sanctions and international isolation.
