About 3 times a month programs gets uncovered that give immigrants preferential treatment over Americans and if you told Americans 10 years ago that these programs existed they would have called you a lying racist. In the past there was this delusion that the American government actually worked for Americans and had counter measures to account for fraud. No one was policing anything.
